I paid Tom Miller $3,000 down to work on my car. He kept saying "he was going to pull the engine to work on it " after 1 year he never touched the car. He is now claiming he purchased parts after 1 year and refuses to give me my money back. He now states he will need to sell the parts in order for me to get my $3,000 back and not to contact him that he will contact me when he sells the parts. If I could give zero stars I would.
