We are excited to be able to offer all of the services we can. We have a wonderful and caring staff who will help you and your cats every step of the way.
The Gold Certificate is presented to a practice that "has taken the optimum steps to become a Cat-Friendly Practice by creating a practice that values the feline patient's distinct needs in both the physical environment of the practice and the way in which medical care is delivered." In the United States there are millions more owned cats than owned dogs, yet cats receive needed medical care far less frequently than dogs.
We are dedicated to our clients, and work hard to make sure that every single visit is a pleasant one for you and your family. Thank you for taking the time to leave us reviews. Your feedback helps us provide better service during every single visit. I had just the best experience ever when I took my 10 year old Cat in there.

We love Dr. Gina! Both our cats needed dental work and Dr. Gina and her staff took excellent care of our boys. They did great work for reasonable prices. We were given explanations of why everything was needed for the cats and I felt fully informed before moving forward. Dr. Gina gave us clear instructions regarding after care and the office called the day after the surgery to check in on how the cats were recovering. Each time we have gone in we have had no wait and were in and out of the office quickly. The staff are gentle and sweet with our cats who are both timid with strangers. Highly recommend

I'm not sure who they have working the phones, but I've had two very unpleasant experiences with whomever that person is. I'm not sure why when someone is expressing their pet concerns you would be snide or dismissive, but it's a poor way to retain business. Great vet, but I won't be returning here.

I took Darth Vader & Pepe Le Pew, my two loves here yesterday for a check up. I'm not a vet person more holistic so I was apprehensive along with my howling cats along the way.
Gina & her team were fabulous!!! They took their time with them, got to know them, checked everything out. We even did manicure/pedicures for both. :) no issues at all- they sent us home with some healthy treat samples that were definitely getting.
Will definitely be back & highly recommend.

My cats and I love the Cat Doctors. Compassionate, experienced and caring. Dr. Gina and her team make sure my cats are very well taken care of every visit. Dr Gina even took time out of her busy schedule to write me a beautiful condolence note when one of my cats passed away. What a caring gesture. Dr Gina and her team truly care for every feline and their pet parents and I appreciate them so much.

I've been bringing our 2 babies here for 6 years and the 3rd one the last 2 years. We appreciate their attentive care and great customer service. I can call on them for the smallest matter to the most important urgent ones. Their prices are very reasonable too compare to most places.

My cat came back from this first vet visit happy and calm! It was as if she had just met new friends. She has the only vote that counts, and her vote is clear. Dr. Gina took the time to talk with me thoroughly about all our health concerns, and she invited me to contact her by phone and email as questions come up. Knowledgeable, attentive, thorough, and skilled with cats. This is the place for us.

I want to tell you a story that will let you know there is a real contrast between different vets even for a simple procedure.
Our daughter had to have her first feral kitten neutered off in AZ where she lives. First, the Arizona vet that did that operation never noticed the kitten's massive englarged heart problem. Second, her cat had to spend ten days in an Elizabethan cone afterwards, with what seemed to be a bloody semi-open wound under his tail where they had done the surgery. All that was done was the neuter-- he is a male cat, and this ought to have been straight-forward, so this

Dr Gina and her staff are outstanding! They improved my cat's life enormously in her later years. They look for all options of treatment and know the nuances of delicate decisions we need to make to care for our beloved pets. They not only provide healing to the animals, they also know how to nurture the human connected with the pet. My cad died of old age and disease, and Cat Doctors sent me a very kind, personally hand-written note and said they'd had a tree planted in Klamath National Forest in my cat's honor. I think that is SO Sweet!

Dr. Gina was warm and personable and we were so excited to have found our vet. Sadly, she mis/under-diagnosed our cat BIG TIME and he died under her care. Despite major signs that he was very very sick, she told us he was fine and to come back in a month. He spent the next few weeks in pain and passed away before the next appointment. The hardest part as a pet owner is knowing he suffered, especially when the problem was fixable, but the second worst part was that we continued receiving emails from the clinic well after he died, telling us it was time to bring him in for a check-in.

Very neglectful in their treatment of my cats wound. Put in a drain but FAILED to take care of the problem as they sent me Hine WITHOUT a cone. Kitty RIPPED out the drain and an emergency hospital visit with a$1590 price tag. The hospital said if kitty had been given a cone he wouldn't have needed a hospital trip.

When our Zoey abruptly showed signs of a urinary tract infection (UTI), Dr. Gina immediately carved out a spot in her busy schedule to treat our 'little girl.' This was our initial visit to Cat Doctors and what a tremendous first impression. I am pleased to report that Zoey is symptom free and back to her normal rapscallion self. Thank you Dr. Gina (and Staff), we look forward to our return - this time for a routine annual check-up.
God bless you!

Doctor Gina is the perfect combination of compassion and competence. She has cared for our five cats for the past two years and I feel fortunate to have found her. Her caring staff contributes immeasurably and also deserve thanks. It's tragic that our pets don't live long enough and Cat Doctors is part of that "best of everything" us cat lovers want to provide for our loved ones, especially at the end of their too-short lives.

As follow up review to my 5.0 star rating on 1/14/2014, I just wanted to say that since Dr. Janice transitioned the Cat Doctors practice to Dr. Gina, she has definitely been carrying the torch of genuine, helpful, incredibly compassionate care! She has been so helpful in guiding me to make the best decisions for my cat who just turned 16 years old. She, like Dr. Janice, actually serves as an advisor, which in a time where doctors typically just give you 5 options and say "you pick," is quite refreshing. I am not surprised she was Dr. Janice's pick in retirement. She's great
