Had a very good first time experience with them. The front desk was very professional the gal that did my adjustment she was pretty cute but she had a ring on her finger so I could not flirt with but she was pretty good. My adjustment was different but it had me feeling a lot better when I first walked in. Will be coming back!

As a new patient, I understand paperwork. I arrived, one person in the waiting room in front of me which was fine. Receptionist said they were only allowing one person in the waiting room at a time due to COVID. No problem, gave me my paperwork to fill out in my vehicle, he stated he would come get me shortly. Everything was fine, then as I am outside, 2 more people enter and do not leave. I filled out the paperwork and took it inside to where there are now 3 people in the waiting room. Now he says, you can go ahead and stay inside, we are behind. Covid does not care if you are running behind.

I haven't had a doctor that listens to my issues and needs as well as Dr.Masri does. She is very caring, knowledgeable, and HELPFUL which makes office visits pleasant. She is skilled and uses appropriate techniques to help my neck, back, hips, legs, and feet pain. So glad to have her in-network! Looking forward to continuing my therapy.

All my family attends sessions with Dr. Masri. The knowledge, compassion, and dedication she has in making people feel better is remarkably out of this world. My dad, along with family and friends, agree that whatever pain you have going in is reduced when you walk out the door. I was in a car accident on I 20 a while back and got rear ended at a moderate speed. My back was in spasm and i was in a lot of pain. I am a general surgeon and have to operate every day and i stand all day and it was very difficult for me to go to work.
