Venture General Contracting was founded in 2010 by Matt Parent, and is managed by Parent and partner Jack Beaudoin, industry veterans with more than 50 years of experience in the Seattle construction and real estate markets. Matt Parent serves as the President of Venture General Contracting. A 25 year veteran of the construction industry, Matt is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Venture including all processes from site due-diligence through punch-list. Matt exudes energy and a genuine enthusiasm for the building industry, which has always been a big part of his life.
