Bail bondsmen and others who have been offered gems for collateral or partial payment and who need to know how much the items could be liquidated for.

I've never dealt with people so rude in my life
The absolute worst broker I have ever been to go to Boardman coin and jewelry the nerve of the staff made my blood boil they could care less how you feel hope this place goes under soon so it can get flattened in to a parking lot would serve the community a great deal better spare yourself the frustration and go a half mile south to Boardman coin and jewelry

I had called two days prior to going in and I was told that the man who fixes their jewelry could take a look at the prong on my engagement ring could take a look at it and talk to me about what it would take to fix it.
