Do not do business with this company. They are NOT honorable people. They ignore your phone calls, letters, and emails completely. You won't even get an acknowledgement of receipt. They will auto-renew your lease for another 12 months even under conditions where the copier is not being used and you have requested time after time for them to pick it up. IT IS STILL HERE. Their Director of Sales will not call you, will not reply to email or letter. COMPLETE GHOSTING once they have your contract and money. STAY FAR AWAY.

If the other reviews aren't enough, I want to concur with their assessment - this company is HORRIBLE. We are in the midst of the COVID-19 lockdown/quarantine right now. I have spent two WEEKS calling Zeno Imaging nearly every day, and being shuffled from one person to another, all in an effort to temporarily stop the monthly plotter lease fee from hitting our account. No one will return my calls, no one will say they can help us.

Terrible Company to do business with overall. The Support is a Joke! They would leave copiers down for days...then they show up fix the 1 issue but they would not check for any other related issues. Tech told me we don't do preventive maintenance we just come out and fix the parts as they break....TERRIBLE!

Do not do business with this company, especially if you are a small business. Do the math before you sign anything and be aware of costs if you exceed your contracted limits. Printing costs for our small business amounted to over 20k in 5 years and the equipment they provide is sub-par and require service at least once a month. They also promise to monitor and take care of everything for you and fall far short on that. Account execs and regional managers are also unhelpful and either ignore communications completely or just send you in endless loops until you give up. Just buy your own equipment

We have a maintenance contract with this company and we have a issue and they told us parts were not available & we found them online and told them where they could get the parts. Account manager Daniel Perez refuses to honor contract & fix machine. I do not recommend this company at all hope you read this review before you sign up with them!!!!

Do not work for this company or do business with them. Unethical, immoral owner and executives. Good old boys club is an understatement - so if you are a woman do not bother applying! Man, or woman, if you are not one of their loyal followers and disagree with them, they will gang up on you and retaliate against you.
The executives at Zeno are hypocrites at best - they boldly profess being men of God. It's a sham... They lie, cheat and steal from their loyal customers and employees! They use God as their cover so when they pull the bait and switch on you, you don't even see it coming

So I have dealt with this business 3 times in the past year and half. There is one thing this business is consistent with... BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! The last experience was being left on hold for literally 15 minutes waiting to get status of a service call I put in 2 days before. They are horrible with follow ups and cannot schedule service calls. They basically told me the tech will get there when he gets there and we will call you just before we go. I had to use them only because we were desperate to get this fixed. I would highly recommend you use another business for fixing your copiers. This
