I am so lucky to be able to go to work day every day and do something that I love. There is nothing more satisfying than to see my patients' personalities and confidence transform as they progress through treatment. Each day, I focus on providing my patients with kind, compassionate, and high-quality orthodontic care.
I have worked at our front desk scheduling our patients' appointments since 2003. Because I get to see so many of our patients come in and out of the office, I also get to know them really well. I love watching them grow throughout their treatment and seeing their beautiful smiles at the end. I also enjoy working with all the great people in our office; we have a lot of fun working together as a team!

We have had the best experience here! They are so kind, friendly and go out of their way to make you feel welcome! My daughter loved Dr Morgan from the moment she met her! They have been okay up until now. I work a swing shift and my daughter was last seen on 9/10/2021. With the pandemic situation she went in alone for this appointment and I waited in the car. I got an email before we got home for her next appointment which was scheduled for a day and time that conflicts with my work schedule. I called about getting another time and told it would be more than two months later because they schedule ten weeks out. This is after they scheduled the next appointment with a minor and have collected almost $6000 from me. This is VERY poor business.

From the moment I entered Perennial Smiles I was greeted with warm enthusiasm. Dr. Morgan was so kind and patient with my needs and concerns. She took her time and cam up with a thorough treatment plan that I feel very comfortable with. I am so grateful to have found this office. Definitely recommend anyone to go here. When my kids are older I will be confident bringing them here. :)

Not impressed with the staff here at Perennial Smiles. A lot of the assistants are not professional. They talk bad about patients as soon as they walk out the door. I was sitting in the dental chair, waiting for Dr. Morgan, the patient who was next to me left, and the minute they where out the door, two of the assistants started gossiping and talking trash about the patient. I understand if patients are difficult (I work in the health field, trust me I know), but it's NOT ok to talk bad about patients in front of other patients. Extremely unprofessional. I also often feel like my appointments

Dr. Morgan is awesome. I have taken both of my children to her. She is so friendly and explains everything so we could understand it. Her staff are friendly and easy to work with too. We are welcomed with open arms every time we go. If you are looking for a perfect smile, I recommend scheduling an appointment. you will be glad you did.

Dr. Morgan and her entire staff are amazing. Such a professional, warm, comfortable, caring environment. Both of my children went here. It is evident that this is not just a job for all of the employees of Perennial Smiles. They genuinely care about their patients. And the results are fabulous!! I wouldn't go anywhere else!!

Dr. Morgan and the entire staff are helpful and kind. We have two kids in braces and they both see Dr. Morgan and have only positive experiences. Renee is amazing with my kids and an amazing person in general. She fixes their braces whenever an accident happens and always makes them feel comfortable. This orthodontist wants my family to have beautiful, healthy teeth and I’m confident they will.
