Phoenix Paint Services is a locally owned and operated painting company owned by Mark and Jenn Kulinski. Mark has been in the painting business for over 20 years and Jenn loves everything creative. After years of trying different aspects of painting we decided to combine our love for painting and our love for creativity and focus on strictly remodeling spaces.

Mark and Jenn were great to work with! My wife and I are out of State and our in laws live in our Condo. We wanted to fix the kitchen, from start to finish Mark and his team updated us every step of the way. Even if they found something during installation Mark would do his best to fix it and fill the gaps and make it look great. For it being an older condo even when things came up Mark communicated and fixed it. The kitchen looks like amazing, and looks brand new.
Last thing even when things were almost done, I notice the blue paint on the wall did not look great, Mark offered to paint it white

Great company to work with. Honest, easy and up front with communication. Addressed all my concerns with quick resolve. Had custom cabinets made for an office and couldn’t be happier with the results. We used a satin black paint that shows any and all flaws. When done, no flaws to report. A big thank you for the tremendous effort to make us happy.

We contacted Phoenix Paint Services on a Friday for a quote to paint our 35+ year old kitchen cabinets. Mark and Jenn arrived promptly Monday morning, took a look, offered some suggestions, asked about our color choice and explained the process. We had a quote that evening. Work began the following Monday! Our painter Alex was amazing. He arrived promptly each morning, worked hard, always with a smile and very courteous. We love the results! Old brush strokes and blemishes are gone and the new finish is smooth and flawless. I will definitely recommend Phoenix to friends.

Mark did a fantastic job painting our cabinets, I would highly recommend him. He was very responsive to our initial inquiry, provided a detailed overview of his process, samples, timeline and cost. While our kitchen cabinets were in good shape they were a very dark brown and out of style. Mark painted them white and installed updated hardware, they look truly amazing.
I didn't want cabinets that looked like they had been painted and Mark delivered. He's very detailed, removed all the cabinet faces, sanded them and calked them prior to spraying. He brings a mobile spray bay which kept the spray

We wanted to update the look of our kitchen without spending thousands on new cabinets.
