This is dotted through the eyelash line to give the appearance of thicker eyelashes and is for people who do not desire an eyeliner look but rather require eyelash definition. It is critical that multiple soft shades and less pigment are infused to avoid the effect taking on an eyeliner look.

I highly recommend Jameson for permanent eyeliner. I like a slick winged precise line & he is a pro. Salon is laid back & Jameson has a calm demeanor and skilled hand w/ a tattoo gun.
My Tip: Yes, it hurts a bit so take a pill b4 u go. Also, bring an ice pack ! The result is worth it.
I looked on Groupon just to explore some options and would prefer to pay a small business owner directly. I wasn't impressed by many artists & once I saw the work @ New Finish Ink for upper liner I was impressed. You get what you pay for (most of the time).

This place is absolutely fantastic! I came here after I was cheated by another tattoo artist and they totally took care of me! He took into account that I had been cheated by another business and gave me a really awesome deal! His goal there is to make sure the client is completely satisfied with their services! I've done a few other things there before and we have a wonderful business relationship! I was a bit nervous to get my eyeliner permanently tattooed on my face, more because of the pain than anything else. Jameson did my work and his craftsmanship is excellent1 He applied a numbing creme beforehand, so it didn't really hurt, just felt kind of like little pokes around my eyelid. It didn't take too long to do and I was out in 40 minutes! I'm super happy with the results and just hope it lasts for at least three years before I have to go back! You must return after 6 weeks for touch-ups. The color may also look lighter after that time. So I'll have to wait and see

I recently had a hair transplant and when the donor area healed it left an unsightly scar. I did some some research online and found out about this procedure. I came here to have it done and they blended the scar and camouflaged it. Came out great and happy with the results. Definitely would recommend!

I had my eye brows done here. I was told it'd take 1 hour to do. After she worked on me for an hour one eye brow was thicker then I wanted and the other one was thinner then I wanted. Then to top it off I had to show her over and over for 40 additional minutes to even both sides out! She was horrible! And if your thinking of doing something permanent like this, you better do your research first. Then the lady kept reminding me that the male electrolysis in the other office was here significant other......so unprofessional!

Jamison is the best. Puts his heart and soul into anything he does. Fair and flexible pricing, flexible scheduling, explains things in detail and wants his clients to be happy.
I'd recommend Jamison for not just permanent make-up, but also electrolysis. Best in Las Vegas and I'd put his work up against ANYONE IN THE COUNTRY. I saw this as paying client who is thrilled with the outcome and the experience.

Awesome permanent makeup artist and I absolutely love that I wake up up looking gorgeous! I have a natural look now and I save time and money with not having to spend money on makeup. I've always wanted to get permanent makeup and decided to take the plunge. I had my eyebrows and eyeliner done. I'm happy that I had it done. He answered all my questions and was super knowledgeable.
