The Lewis Family's involvement in the automotive industry began when Ralph Lewis purchased a small car lot in Topeka, KS. Current Owner, Jim Lewis, grew up at his father's dealership. He moved to Dodge City with his wife Tonya and opened his own franchise dealership there. The Lewis family owns nine dealerships in Kansas which are operated by their three children- Jamey, Jenna, and Brad.

I live in Indiana and with the current shortage of vehicles the closest one I could find that met my requirements was at Lewis Toyota. I found the car on the website and called and spoke with Jon. We reached an agreement and I put down a deposit and submitted a credit application online. I flew out two days later and Jon picked me up at the motel. He had most of the paperwork completed in advance. There was about a 30 minute wait on finance contract to be printed and disclosed and signed. The car was prepped, filled with gas and ready for delivery. So about 45 minutes from in the door to out the

The sales staff was amazing we came in letting them know what we were looking for in a new vehicle. They had the exact 2021 Highlander we wanted trim and color wise with the options we wanted that same week. Had everything ready to go on a Friday all we had to do was come in a sign paper work.

I bought a Jeep from them and decided to cancel a contract with them, gave them the information and they said they would take care of it. Waited about a month and didn’t get a refund so tried to contact them but sales manager is never there and won’t return my calls. Tried to talk to the general manager and they are out of the office and won’t return my call. I finally got a call back and they took care of this matter. Sad it wasn’t taken care of when I first started checking in on it.
