Rainbow assists all clients, in and outside of Regional Centers (RCOC, ELARC) with activities of daily living (ADLs), HUD housing, community navigation, hygiene, health maintenance, activies, SSI benefits, job programs and other services to help you live more independently. Supervisors meet with family and service coordinators and can offer resources for Medicare, Medi-Cal, durable medical equipment, ABA Behavioral Therapy.
We attend IEPs to ensure quality service. Rainbow attendants and supervisors provide assistance to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD), Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, Multiple Sclerosis (MS), Mental Retardation, Muscular Dystrophy, etc. But we do much more than that! Rainbow caregivers provide compassionate attention and companionship when you need it most.

Services
Rainbow has been certified to provide the services that consumers can utilize to live independently. We can also assist in the coordination of In-Home Supportive Living Services (IHSS) with staff available to schedule. Upon return home from hospital, Rainbow Attendants and Home Health Aides provide every level of care and service to encourage full recovery and also manage household chores to allow you to relax and focus on your health.
Supported Living Programs are designed to enable individuals with developmental disabilities to live independently in homes of their own. Such programs will usually offer services to assist with daily living activities and provide personal attendants to help the individuals to accomplish the goals of independent living.

Since 1996, Rainbow has been providing care to the residents of Orange County for over 24 years. For nearly 20 of those years, Rainbow has also been a vendor of the Regional Center of Orange County, providing Supported Living and Homemaker Services for the developmentally disabled. I have had the pleasure of working at Rainbow Home Care for many years. I can say, without a doubt in my mind, that Rainbow puts both their Clients and Employees first. Our team works collectively to assure that proper services are provided to our Clientele all the while maintaining a friendly, safe and professional work environment for all. Rainbow’s pursuit for perfection is something that all of its Employees are proud of; it can be difficult, but in the end, we all know it’s the right thing to do.

I have been working for Rainbow Home Care for almost a year now, and I can honestly say I enjoy working here! All the staff are friendly and always willing to help. Management and staff take great pride in working with their clients. We all enjoy helping others in need. We are opened Monday - Thursday from 8:30 am - 5pm and Fridays from 8am - 4:30pm. After hours we have 24/hour on-call assistance.
