Budge-It Home Remodeling, Inc. has been business in San Diego, CA since November of 1965. And with that, comes the learned knowledge of being more efficient and effective within every aspect of the business. Budge-It Home Remodeling, Inc. specializes in nearly all aspects of residential construction, but where the age and experience really shows is in our designing and building of room additions.
Before you owned your home it's a safe bet that you probably did a walk-through of some kind, either at an open house or perhaps one-on-one with a realtor before you made the purchase. Right? You were able to see it, to touch it, to walk from room to room, to get the sense of what you and your family liked as well as what needed improving.

There are so many factors that are taken into account that there really is no set cost per square foot that we use when pricing a room addition. In most cases the answer is Yes, you need a permit. Every building department is different and has their own building guidelines and pricing structure. The name that goes on the permit is the name of the person or company that is ultimately responsible for the project.

We have worked with Budge-It and Ed Ritter twice now. We remodeled in 2004 and again in 2010. We have been extremely pleased with the designs they have created for us and the speed in which the projects took place. Our second story addition in 2010 took about 4 months from start to finish, which was amazing. The house looks great and it's a perfect place for our family as our kids get older. Thanks guys. We appreciate the personal touch throughout.
