Ordered on line a beautiful arrangement for my mother that was outsourced to Coupeville Florist. What she received was horrible. Not even close to what was purchased and cheaply done. Contacted FTD, CF was to remake and redeliver- What I Ordered! Two days later I call FTD since I never received a confirm. I’m told Coupeville Florist now says they are out of stock but offered a 20% discount on a new order. I’m sorry, but if you can’t get it right the first time, and NEVER bothered to contact me to give me the option to decide for myself, why would I trust your judgement or quality again? Finally
