Managing partner of the Law Offices of Jonathan F. Mr. Marshall has been defending individuals charged with drug offenses, assault crimes, theft offenses, DWI, domestic violence, and other charges throughout NJ for almost twenty years.
Jason A. Seidman spent five years as a prosecutor and attorney for the Middlesex County Prosecutor's office, attaining a level of know-how that is invaluable to his criminal defense practice - and his clients - today. Mr. Seidman's current practice focuses on criminal law with a strong emphasis on felony-level cases.
William E. Wackowski joined the Law Offices of Jonathan F. Marshall in 2017, bringing more than 12 years of criminal law experience with him. A native Pennsylvanian, Mr. Wackowski earned a B.S. degree in education from Temple University in 1992 and then worked as a middle-school teacher for six years before deciding that he wanted to become a lawyer.
Brett went to undergraduate school at the University of Rhode Island and graduated with a History degree in 2012. He went to law school at Roger Williams University School of Law, and graduated in 2015. After law school, he was accepted into the Continuing Education Program at Princeton University for the Fall semester of 2015 and took Philosophy of Law which focused only on criminal law.

I sent a request for a consultation through the website and no one called me. I called hoping to find legal representation for my case. Instead of allowing me to explain my situation, he asked me what I wanted to know, and also asked me why I thought I’d be able to handle my case on my own. I didn’t even get to explain that I haven’t even had my court date yet, and that I have no idea what I’m doing or where I’m at in my case because I don’t even know when I’m supposed to appear. I literally don’t know what I’m doing but he treated me like I was doing something wrong by calling
