Totally agree with the previous comments! My experience: I posted a review about my company from my personal account, and then I saw there was an opportunity to create an employer’s account since I myself work in HR. I have discussed this within the company and went ahead with it. I had to register with my company email and it basically forced me to write a review again (otherwise it did not let me continue). Then Glassdoor removed both my reviews saying I violated their policy because I posted 2x trying to manipulate review scores. Wow! Even after I wanted to repost only one of the 2 reviews

Chatting with our wonderful appraiser from another company and now that we've switched banks, I got insight into how Service Link works. They pay their appraisers the lowest fees in the business, and also don't assign them personally -it's all done by a Lyft-type dashboard that sends appraisals out to everyone and you bid on them. Service Link chooses the cheapest bid and hires them to do your appraisal (please note you don't actually pay less, they just make more money). That is why our appraiser was 22 and lived 100 miles from our home when we did use service link. Anyway

Agree with others, our refinance was problematic both with Bank of America and their preferred escrow company Servicelink. We had no communication from servicelink prior to closing. At closing the notary had no instructions where to send the wired money we owed. Then she said, I just got a new email with updated closing instructions! Of course it was a scam email! It was allegedly from the BofA loan officer and had our exact names and the exact dollar amount due instructing to wire money to Wells Fargo. It allegedly stated the escrow company's account was on hold due to a bad check and

In the end, they got the job done. But I wasted a couple of days of my life in the process. I spent more time getting this closing done with ServiceLink than I did to apply for and get approval for the loan.
My problem was the carefully arranged wire transfer from Credit Union was kicked back. It turns out my CU has seen this before with ServiceLink, as a result of ServiceLink's poorly executed/incomplete wire instructions. I spend a good part of 2 days trying to get an explanation of what was wrong: waiting for calls to be returned, finding people I called were out of the office but

Unprofessional, unreliable, uncommunicative. My contact is horrible. Ignores my questions, snarky answers, wants me to do his job. I'd like to tell him where he can put his smiley emojis, but we haven't closed yet.
I should have known something was bad when I had to help with the title search.
I bought the hype on their website, wish I had thought to check Yelp.
HARD PASS FOLKS!!

The worst company that I ever worked for! I applied for another job and the corporate recruiter who sent me a message 2 hours before the telephone interview got busy and forgot about the interview. I stared at my phone in my hand for 30 minutes and my lunch break was all used up. It's absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable to miss an interview when that is the purpose of the job!!!!! THIS IS SERVICELINK, everything is done without care, unfortunately!

Glassdoor Wont share reviews about companies if it touches sensitive stuff like religion, race and so on, which is precisely why people want these kind of reviews in the first place about workplaces. Not to mention the spammy attitude from their platform and the non updated ads for jobs, don't waste your time on here.

I've been working with ServiceLink since October 2020 and so far I REALLY like working with them. While it may be hard to get a live person sometimes, they always respond via email. I like the Exos app as it is very easy to use and helps me plan out my assignments. I use to write procedures for CitiMortgage who also uses ServiceLink. Would recommend this company to any Loan Signing Agent. AND they pay on time.

Horrible communication and a lack of professionalism and no considering the other party's schedule when scheduling appointments. I had one scheduled early in the day and had to call the company half an hour after my timed appointment because their employee didn't show and didn't bother to contact me. When I called the company was when I learned they were still waiting on documents. We rescheduled and then a few hours later someone left a VM for me saying that time didn't work but offered other options. When I went to return the call it went straight to VM & so I tried again

If I could give ServiceLink less than 1 stars I would. As a Realtor, I work with title companies all the time. Normally they range from fair to excellent, but this one was downright terrible. They are not careful with sensitive data - it's risky! First my wire instructions were sent my normal email, and then a copy of our signed loan docs were emailed without encryption or password protection (after I specifically requested such since our social security numbers would be in the docs). I was an am horrified. Never in my whole career have I seen such recklessness. That's not all, but it

This review is specific to their Appraisal service in Bay Area.
Avoid them. Very unprofessional. They have sent me the bill for the Appraisal Fee, I paid and waiting for the Appraisal. After a week, They came back and said it would cost more, actually 140% more. Also want 6 weeks of time for the appraisal.....WT*
They dont know what they are doing, i should have seen the reviews and alert the lender to not choose them.

Servicelink is a company that no one should ever deal with. They never recorded my rental property after refinancing.
I have been pulling hairs trying to communicate with them for over 3 months with no resolution. They just keep tossing me from one person to another. I am looking at legal matters to see if there's anything that they can do to reach someone ay this lousy company. I'm beginning to believe that they don't even exist.

This is a junk company. It keeps asking is I want to get some updates on everything, every time I go to their website they will somehow start to send me junk every day. Of course I know I did click some buttons on the website, but if I who doesn’t want the newsletter gets the newsletter then it’s really the problem of the design.

I have never seen a bigger team of incompetents than I have here. I can see why Bank of America uses them- they forget to make payments on behalf of the seller. Instead you will get run arounds from Debbie, Ryan, or Lauren about it "being taken care of" when in reality nothing gets taken care of or followed up on.
This started when they missed a publically announced debt and delayed closing. Then they sent that payment to the wrong address. When the payment was returned they never followed up on it. When it was uncovered by myself, they said "they'd take care of it"

Unfortunately completely corrupted. You can actually buy some packages (only if the request come from the company account) resulting in poorly rated reviews to be removed and/or replaced by positive one (we used that service with our company, not really expensive).
Glassdoor could be amazing if properly managed and trustfully.
