I find this place honest, fair, and reliable. I recently brought in my van to get wheel bearings replaced, because another mechanic said I needed that done to pass inspection. The mechanic at Hatt's, however, called me back and informed me that the van did not need wheel bearings at all, and they passed me on inspection! They could have easily done the unnecessary work anyway, charged me several hundred for it, and I would never have been any wiser. But they did the honest and helpful thing by informing me and not getting the quick extra work. They gained a customer in me that day, and

So my tire pressure indicator light illuminates on my car's panel and I tried to inflate my tires myself. First one was no problem, but the second one was fighting me and actually ended up with less air in then when I started. Conceding defeat, I limped my car to the closest auto repair shop.
Enter Hatt's Auto Repair. The office is home to two of the largest dogs I have seen in awhile, so beware, but the mechanic was kind enough to take pity on me and inflate all four tires for free! What a great experience.
