I worked with Renata at Tri State and her team twice while listing our house. The price was competitive, they accommodated our schedule and the work quality was excellent. Renata provided great advice on where to spend to get the most impact and has a great eye for imperfections and issues. Tristate works with an excellent carpenter and the crews are polite and friendly, address concerns immediately and kept the house clean at all times. It's hard to know where to start. Tri State Pro is, by far, the best painter I have ever used. From the beginning, Renata (the owner) came over to do an estimate and instead of walking around the house herself, walked through it with me, explaining what she thought needed doing and how much it would cost. This was for a house that I had just bought that had been a rental, and it had not been very well taken care of, so there was lots of filling in holes and evening out surfaces. For every room, she explained that her painters would do their best to even out surfaces and hide the paint drips that
