I began my journey as a photographer eighteen years ago when I took an introduction to photography class in college as an elective. I loved the excitement that came from going outside, looking for the perfect photograph, and then watching my film develop in the darkroom. I graduated a year later but I always kept that class and what I learned in the back of my mind.
I got married in 2008 and moved to Monterey, California. It was there that I decided to pursue a career in photography. I graduated from Monterey Peninsula College with a certificate in Photography in 2009. During my time in Monterey I began to realize that my passion was portrait photography.

I love my clients and getting referrals from my clients is the best possible compliment I can receive. When my clients share my business with their family and friends they deserve a HUGE thank you! When you refer a friend or family member you will receive a $25 print credit or a $50 credit for any future portrait session with me.
If you are interested in booking a session, please email me at the email address listed under the "contact" page or fill in the details on that page and press "send." Please try to schedule a few weeks to a month in advance. If you are scheduling a pregnancy session, the best time to have a portrait session done is between 30 and 34 weeks.
When your baby is born please call me or email me within one to two days of birth so that we can schedule a firm date for the photo session. Please come to the session as relaxed as possible. There is no hurry. I know what it's like having a newborn and sometimes it means arriving a few minutes late to an appointment.
Each client will be emailed a copy of these policies and procedures to sign before their session. These policies are in place for the clients safety as well as the photographers safety. Reschedule a session if I am feeling sick (even mildly) or if I have been around anyone that has been sick within the last 14 days.
