Just finishing transferring the entire contents of two older computers into two new laptops. John did a superb job on making sure all the data was transferred and followed up a number of times just to be sure that nothing was missed.
John also set up a network hard drive with a backup system for all computers and printers so that anyone on the network would have access to all the various components.
Additionally, John set up the backup system so that it ran seamlessly in the background and the data is also duplicated on a second remote hard drive for security purposes.

My personal computer wouldn't start and I was getting really high quotes from repair services. After messaging John, he got back to me right away and even drove out to my home.
I have a moderate understanding on computers and he walked me through the multiple ways to diagnose and possibly fix issues with my system that made sense. John is extremely knowledgable and clearly very experienced, and made a point not to needlessly charge me because he knew I could handle the repair.
