These sessions are ideal if you just need to drop in to feel better. 60 minute sessions focus on all muscle groups or spend more time in an area that needs more work. 90 minute sessions address all muscle groups and spend necessary time in an area that needs more work. 120 minute sessions address all of your muscle groups and focus on multiple areas that needs more work.

Literally the best massage I have EVER had! I was filled with so much tension and tightness and it totally melted away after an hour session. Really wishing I had added more time, but I definitely will for my next appointment! Amazing that you can schedule appointments and pay online as well. Highly highly recommend! 10 stars!

BEST MASSAGE I EVER HAD. While staying in the mountains last weekend, I slept funny and woke with the worst crick in my neck. I Thought it would get better as the day went however It got much worse. Extreme pain down in my shoulder and started getting numb hand. We were headed home and stopped in Idaho Springs for dinner I could not take it any… more and chose to skip dinner and get a massage. Rhonda was able to get me in right away and I am sooo glad I met her. Very knowledgeable. She did cupping on my shoulder (first time for me and might be my new favorite thing.) then spent at least
