This ensures that employees report with the proper knowledge, training and tools to complete the job safe, on time and under budget. Our "ALL AROUND" recruitment process consists of a complete review of the employment application, skill's assessment testing, reference and background checks.
360 industrial Services works with our clients to partner with them and their safety department to become an extension of their safety policies, procedures, and training. Making sure we preload safety for each and every job that our employees work on. We go to great lengths to gather as much information for each and every job on safety procedures, policies, and protocols to ensure our employees are prepared for the job prior to their arrival.
We qualify all candidates prior to moving forward in our hiring process. By going the extra mile in reviewing their resume and application to find qualified referrals that can paint the picture for who we may be hiring. We spend the time to touch on topics outside of skillset and productivity, like character and their personal and professional goals.
I have worked with many companies offering supplemental manpower, and out of all those companies there was one who really stood out from the rest. We have been working with 360 for about a year now. Surface Mining, sometimes called strip mining or open pit mining is a type of mining where soil and rock overlying mineral deposits are removed from the earth. We work with contractors that perform work in surface mines for various different trades including but not limited to millwrights, pipefitters, welders, electricians, equipment operators, and many more.

Just quit yesterday due to the hourly wage. Most people on my job site are making more money & don’t even work. And then basically every week worked for 360 they would always short me half hour to an hour a week. Because I arrive early everyday.

I have worked for 360 Services out of Arizona I believe. Went and did some Iron work for them in Connecticut and Cody Brill has always been an awesome guy to work for. He's always 100 percent honest and actually just called me recently to start a new job soon. Got paid what I was told and never had an issue with them.

This company has someone employed who is using my Full name, Social Security Number, Date of Birth. I have contacted the Human Resources department and they have not returned phone calls, nor did any investigation into the said person using my idenity. When I called back the receptionist indicated that this was a personal matter and HR would not do anything. I find it odd that a company wouldn't atleast take a report and look into the background of a person they have employed when a report like this comes in. Reports have been filed online with the Border Patrol, IRS and Social Security Department

These people will lie right to your face and don't waste your time with this company have no respect for there employees or family members they could care less about you there more concerned about making a dollar off of you.I had a family emergency so I had to leave the job early now there saying that I drug up so they only want to pay me minimum wage for my hours I'm a electrician so minimum wage is kind of a rip off so beware of there dirty practices you have been warned stay away

If you live in SLC and get a call from these guys, don't waste your time
They expect you to drop everything you have going on and start padding their pockets immediatly
They can't take responsibility for wasting your time or gas just to pull the plug on you half way through orientation
Can't give me another week to come on board due to being injured.
I'm not trying to make things worse at any pay rate and if they dont care about that I promise you that you're just another robot making them money.
