Contacted Jack on a Friday for an estimate, he came on Monday, and sent it to me later that night. Agreed to the work Wednesday and he started the following Monday. We had him add a wall to enclose a room and add a door and his estimate came in $1000 less than another company. He showed up on time and had his guys work mon-wed, then he finished on Saturday as it was Thanksgiving weekend. Very pleased with the work. He matched the door and trim perfectly with the rest of the house. He could improve on his communication regarding which working was coming next or perhaps giving a written outline of

Fletcher is the best in town! Believe I hired there competitor at first but ended having to have them fix what they did and finish my job. Dont use anyone else in town for Shiplap, Casing, and Entertainment centers their the Very best. The professionalism show through amazing work. Theres really nothing bad to say. I had jack and his crew remodel my house, they did a total makeover from floors to new cabinets and paint they showed up on time and finished every deadline before they where supposed to. I don't normally write reviews but this was much deserved thank you for making this an easy process. I will only call fletcher for my next remodel!!!

Todd was on time everyday and did a nice job. There some things that needed attention after they were finished l, that I didn't notice until later. Jack came to address the issues, we did a walk through, and he fixed what needed to be fixed as he said he would. His crew member Todd was very polite and professional. Thanks Jack and Todd.

I'm completely blown away by how the home turned out
When I first bought my home I wanted to fix so many things and I was overwhelmed by how long I thought it would take and how many different companies I would have to hire. I was referred to jack from a previous customer and he did not disappoint !
his team took on ALL the renovations in my entire home from the kitchen counters, bathrooms, floors, paint, electrical landscaping.... anything you Can imagine!
He also finished earlier than ALL the other construction companies in Vegas quoted

We have used Fletcher since we moved to Las Vegas 7 years ago and have been really happy with all the work Jack has done for us over this time. Last summer he did our kitchen backsplash and it came out absolutely beautiful. With any kind of remodeling project there are small things that can come up and every time anything happens Jack ALWAYS makes it right. We have hired him again this summer to do our entertainment center and master bathroom shower and have 100% trust that it will come out perfect. It's hard to find a reliable company here in Las Vegas that shows up and is even willing

Found this company on our neighborhood's app Next Door where the owner, Jack M., advertised his business. Yes, we live in the same neighborhood, pretty much.
Contacted Jack via text and asked him if he could do a walk through and do a quick estimate on Monday, Sep 10. He said he'd come the following day, Sept 11 Tuesday, which he did. The walk through was quick. I was going to have him redo/replace the stairs and remod the fireplace. He said he would text and give me his estimate that night and left. I personally thought the meeting went well.

My husband and I decided to do some home upgrades for the holidays. After a few bids from other companies we agreed on Fletcher Door & Trim for our home renovation Christmas list. I interviewed other renovation companies and know the the many horror stories from friends and neighbors about selecting the wrong ones.
