I am disappointed in the owner who fixes on the computers. I brought in a computer to have the monitor updated and to make my computer screen clearer . It's an old computer so I knew the work would be costly but I asked Mr. Phillip would he he able to get the job done to save the time and trouble. He assured me and I came back to get the computer. I noticed that my computer was running slow and he stated that his wi-fi was running slow. I paid the cost of it and went home. I connected my computer only to find out that it was still going slow. I tried to call Mr. Phillip back to let him know that

I never write reviews, but when I saw the glowing reviews it reminded me all over again that this company stole money from me. He was suppose to order a part for my PC several YEARS ago and kept telling me it was on back order. Months later when I asked for a refund he stopped taking my calls. My advice to this group after reading the other reviews, ONLY TAKE THE WORK YOU CAN HANDLE. In an age of electronic reviews your reputation is everything.

Completely terrible business! Wasting time and money!
I brought my laptop runing with windows 10. Just wanted to reinstall win7. Deal was $100 for 2 days. I payed $50 as prepayment.
Almost 2weeks passed they could not finished the work. I called lots of times during two weeks, sometimes they did not even answer. I had to go to the shop 3-4 times to check get info. Every time they had a excuse. I had to get my laptop back at the end of two weeks to take it to another repair shop. Thay did not pay back my prepayment! And laptop was not working even with win10!
Briefly, my laptop was running, but

I had read such wonderful reviews on this company and I was very disappointed on the service or should I say lack of service. I called for an emergency services for our office. He responded quickly but was not able to get my brand new machine connected to the internet and a second machine had crashed so he stated he would take them to the shop to work on. I agreed and he said he would have them done by Thursday. I called him the day before and he said it would be done called again not done. I called again not done another week later I finally picked up my machines today August 25 and what a waste

Completely unprofessional business right here. Brought in an Xbox for a simple disk drive replacement, and even though he didn't know what he was doing took my Xbox for three months just to tell me that, in the end, he couldn't do anything about it. He charged me a ridiculous rate for parts/labor in the first place and then refused to give me a full refund for wasting my time. I felt it extremely disrespectful and I would never have expected this from someone who is suppose to be a community leader. He might know how to work on a computer, but I would never recommend this company to anyone. Probably
