Vitalize Med Spa (VMS) is owned and operated under the direct supervision of Ehreema Nadir, MD. In addition to being the Medical Director for American Medical Associates (AMA), our Internal Medical Practice, she is also a Licensed Cosmetic Injector and performs all Botox and Filler treatments herself at VMS.

I've been going to Dr. Nadir for the last 5 years. Her new med spa, on Chandler Blvd, is stunning. She's also a Dignity physician and has a great bedside manner. She's great with fillers and Botox, she doesn't pressure you, and instead discusses the options to best fit your needs and desired look. I love my Botox every time, she never over fills, and listens to when I say I want more or less. I did my lips this time and I'm so happy. She's very professional and the new office is gorgeous! Check her out if you're looking for a qualified doctor for injections

Veronica is awesome. She makes you feel comfortable, talks you through the whole process & what i loved the most was that she was very honest with the different skin treatments and results they offer. Ive been going to her for 5months now, & I 10/10 recommend! She’s also super friendly & listens to my vents. “Me” Days with her are like therapy Thank You Ronnie!

I absolutely loved this place at first, I went in for an appointment and they didn't even show up. After sitting there for a 1/2 hour the manager called me saying they weren't going to be there for some time. I think it was my second appointment, anyhoo.. I was upset because I'm a busy person it's kinda far from my house so the manager gave me 20 units of botox credit. I came in to do some other procedures in the meantime and said I would save my credit. I made an appt last Saturday for my credit botox and when I got there there was no credit in the system, the manager had

This location is horrible! I bought a $350 Groupon for one syringe of Juvederm. The doctor only used 3/4 of the syringe and told me to come back in within six month to get the rest of the syringe injected into my lips. It's been four months since my initial appointment when I first got the juvederm and when I called to make an appointment to get the rest of my syringe they told me they do not have a record of me ever being there and I will have to pay another $125 "new patient" fee when I already spent $350 on my juvederm.

Had a micro needling session with Madison today and I was very happy with my appointment. She completely educated me on how the process works and explained everything she was doing step by step. I can already see results and it's only been a couple hours. Can't wait to see what my skin looks like in a couple days!
On a side note, I have also had my IV therapies with Anne here and she is also very helpful in educating me on how the process works.
They offer many other services that I'll be considering in the future! I would definitely recommend this place if you're looking

It has now been 4 months since my services and I couldn't be more satisfied. I only had 20 units of botox when I went so after 4 months I am wanting to make an appointment soon. The time frame averages 6 months but that applies primarily to results from more units. I did have a minor issue during the first month in which I called to see what my options were. It was handled within 1 day, professionally and to my full satisfaction. I see others have left negative reviews in which I personally saw no merit. I have been getting botox for 2 1/2 years now and I always have it around my eyes and forehead. Have never had an issue in the past. I have recently moved to phoenix area and needed to find a new spa to get it administered. I found Vitalize med spa in Groupon and decided to try it out so I purchased 60 units. When I got to the clinic it is a nice setting, shared office with a physician's clinic. The front desk staff was not particularly social or welcoming. She took me back to the room where I wanted for the doctor to come in. When she did she seemed very irritable and did not spend any time

Heed the advice of reviews here and save yourself a huge rip off. My experience is exactly that of the others.
I have had Botox several times prior at many other places always with very successful results.
Arrived at my appointment and sat in a waiting room shared with the doctors office. The room was full of sick people coughing all over me. The receptionist called me back. She is extremely nice. She went to adjust the chair in the procedure room and the back fell off. So she takes off the throw blanket to reveal a disgusting broken patient

I really wanted to like them. Fairly nice staff, Tina and Dr are nice. Problem was I purchased 40 units of botox on Groupon. At my appointment they said to use 20 units per area, so I did forehead and in between eyebrows. After about 10 days I noticed that my right eyebrow was way higher and the muscle still very active creating a lump and large wrinkle. Also still had 11's in between eyebrows. I bought 20 units of Botox on Groupon and set up an appt on January 7, 2017. After a few days I was still able to move my forehead area. I called a few days later on January 11, 2017 & Tina the manager told me "it takes a week for Botox to work, call after the week & if it's still not working we'll give you more and set you up with another appointment". Well, after a week I went back to the office on January 14, 2017, because the Botox STILL wasn't working (or whatever they injected my forehead with).
