Head Over Heels, LLC is a business providing gymnastics, tumbling, dance and cheer for the Mission Valley. Beginning with very young children, ages 18 months and older, we love action-packed fun and exercise. As students progress through the levels and gain skill, the sport also becomes more challenging not only physically, but also mentally and emotionally.

Hello, my name is Roxy McDermott, I am elated to be taking this journey in your child's life. The Preschool years are the most formative years in a child's life. I don't take that lightly. I love what I do and the children I get to work with. I was first introduced to the Montessori Method in 1991 when I took a job as a Teacher's assistant at a Montessori School in Auburn Washington.
Tiny Tots Open Gyms Tuesday and Thursday from 9:00-10:00 am are open to children from birth through five years old. The cost is $5 per child for member families, or $7 per child for non members. Punch cards are available at the gym. Parents are free with a paying child. Saturday Open Gyms are open to kids of all ages, and to families.
Head Over Heels offers parties to delight all ages. The basic party price of $150 includes the entrance fee for up to 12 participants for a one hour private session in the gym, and a half hour in the party room (you may come 15 minutes early to decorate if you like). If you know you will need more time for the party you may purchase each additional half hour (in advance) for $50.
Please find here resources to help you as a parent to protect your child from harm in gymnastics or in any other sport or life situation. You can find resources that could help you protect other children as well. Every website has a story, and your visitors want to hear yours. This space is a great opportunity to give a full background on who you are, what your team does and what your site has to offer.
1. Always be on time! If you can come just a few minutes early it will give your child time to change their clothes and feel settled and ready to learn. Encourage your child to use the bathroom and wash their hands before class! 2. Students may wear a leotard, or tight-fitting, flexible clothes such as leggings or shorts, and a t-shirt or cami.

I'm not sure there is another gym out there like this one. Excellent coaching, clean gym and fun!
