I get numerous compliments on my yard and I don’t hesitate to recommend Turf & Tree Worx! Everyone there is great to work with! Ryan and Matt planted trees, shrubs and a few perennials for me today. I can’t say enough nice things about them! They are polite, professional and they exceeded my expectations! They cared for my landscape as if it were their own.

Will not recommend this company to any of our friends/family.
Expect your "quote" to be what you have to pay regardless of how many people are assigned to the job and how long it takes to do this job, based on contract signed.
1.5 workers came out the first day on the job. (0.5 because it was his first day and didn't contribute anything).
Was told that the one worker was "too tired" to finish the rest of the job that night, so left two large limbs in our yard for almost a week. But worker told owner of the business that everything was done other than stump-- so clearly

Prepayment was sent October of 2017 for the Gold service. Serviceman final showed up to my parents house after receiving the run around or no return calls for a number of weeks. Today Jeremy showed up and… while my dad was expressing his frustration, Jeremy, who was rude from the beginning, not only asked my dad why he doesn’t “just cancel”- this was recommended at least 3 times- he then proceeded to swear (f bomb) at him! My dad told him he wanted to cancel service. To do so, you need to obtain a cancellation number. Jeremy was unable to provide that. My dad called the

I kept getting bumped back for de-thatching. I was called Thursday night asking if my lawn was cut because the office administrator told me the crew was going to be at my house to de-thatch my lawn on Friday. I informed her that my lawn was just cut so they are good to go. No one ever showed up on Friday. Today, Tuesday, I received a voicemail… stating my de-thatching will not get done until September now. After getting pushed back several times and now not until fall. Just poor service. There was no reason they couldn't come Friday, especially since they told me they were coming.

Used them for a few years,things were good until last snowfall in April 2018. I was billed for plowing of one inch snowfall and 100 pounds of salt used. I have a blacktop driveway and whomever plowed, tore up the grass on one side of the driveway. The plow job was done half assed. We will no longer use Turf And Tree Worx.
My wife foundd a local plow guy,he came over and saw the grass damage.He laughed when he was told about the amount of salt dumped per plowing. This guy was more reasonable.

When I first contacted them for a quote the lady I spoke to was very nice. She wasn't sure whether they would charge for a single or double plow. I said I didn't want the service, but she said the plower would stop by my house (since they plow my neighbors) he would let me know what cost would be before and see if I wanted it done. He never came to the door and plowed without talking to me first. I called when I received a bill since I felt I shouldn't have to pay for a service I said I didn't want, the lady I spoke to was extremely argumentative and rude!! They should record

I have owned my home on a 1 acre parcel for 22 yrs. For 17 yrs I handled weed & feed once in awhile on my own. My yard was out of control. I finally had Turf & Tree Worx come in and do it professionally. It was amazing how quickly my yard became beautiful. I had them the next year also, now I only have them every other year to maintain the beauty and it's working wonderfully.
