To do this, you and each member of your family needs to know the location of the shutoff valve for every fixture and appliance, as well as the main shutoff valve for the house, and how they operate. If the emergency involves a specific fixture or appliance, first look for its shutoff valve and turn it clockwise to shut off the water to that fixture or appliance only.

When I called Chadwick the first time I spoke with a nice gentleman regarding ditchless main line repair and he said to call him back in 10 days . On the 10th day I called back and spoke the father and he said he would have his son return my call. After one week of not hearing from them I called again and spoke with the dad again. He said that his son was having some health issues however he was surprised that his son did not ever call me back. The father looked for some documentation but could not find anything related to my job request. He advised that he would have his son contact me just as

I called them up for a possible water leak on my slab house and the gentleman walked me through several checks we could do. After completing several of the small tests and questions, it was determined that my toilets were in need of new internal plumbing. They saved me a lot of money with a simple phone call.
