Great experience. I had laser treatment on my face to remove a cluster of blood vessels. All staff were very professional, nice and helpful. The procedure was incredibly smooth and worked! There was no push for an upgraded service and I did not feel pressured into scheduling another treatment, which I appreciated. I was in and out in no time and able to go right to work afterwards. I will definitely be going back for more services.

Dr. Cain and his staff have been taking care of me for almost 2 years now. Everyone there is super sweet and professional. Scheduling is easy even with my insane schedule . The liquid nose job is an amazing option for anyone who doesn't want to go full rhinoplasty. I'm always able to get in and out within an hour and back on video calls and meetings with minimal swelling or downtime--huge plus!! Highly recommend!

Dr. Richardson and his staff were extremely professional and kind. Dr. Richardson was able to help me navigate what I was wanting done and how we could achieve those goals. As well as answer any questions. The nurses went above and beyond too. They were so welcoming and calming. I received a complimentary treatment from Skinceuticals and made the appointment. The office closed during the power outage and I had to reschedule. They called and said I needed to bring the comp card in prior to my rescheduled appt. I am assuming that in order to be paid by Skinceuticals they needed to turn in before the end of the month. It was a hour and half round trip for me to turn in the card. They sent NINE (9) pages of medical history via email which I filled out. HORRIBLE HAIR TRANSPLANT EXPERIENCE. Dr Richardson did a hairline lowering on me 01/2019. He told me I needed hairline lowering and hair transplant to get the result I wanted and he was going to help me. I believed him . After the hairline lowering, he told me he lowered 3cm, then the number changed to 2 cm. He has few pictures of hair transplants in his website so I assumed he can do it and he is genuine. I went for my hair transplant 08/08/19 for 1000-1500 grafts which he charged me 4800. I moved from Texas to California Feb 2019. I flew back to Texas, paid money for hotels etc..(the cost added
