One of the things we can do to give back your smile is create a crown, a tooth-shaped cap we place over the damaged area. For either cosmetic or functional purposes, crowns are a resilient, and until now, time-consuming procedure. The process starts as before, numbing the area in the mouth and using a drill to shape the tooth for the crown.

Dr Hewlett has an amazing staff that makes patients feel comfortable and given excellent professional care. He himself keeps up on all the latest advances in dentistry. And when I have an urgent matter, he works me in very quickly to get it taken care of. I don’t live in the Stanwood area any longer but certainly am planning on keeping Dr Hewlett as my dentist. I’ve never received better care.

What a great experience visiting Tony Hewlett DDS in Stanwood, WA! The office staff were super friendly, kind and on time. I appreciated the COVID protocols! I have been hesitant to go to the dentist because of covid and was impressed with the precautions Dr. Hewlett's office has in place to keep patients and staff safe. I had lost 2 fillings and put off going. I have never had fillings done that were "painless" as my teeth that were filled today. I would recommend this dentist to my friends and family!

I haven't been to a dentist in years. Have a huge fear. Had a horrible experience in my past. Walking into the office I was shaking like a leaf. The whole crew from the front to the back was absolutely amazing in every single way. Don't make you feel judged at all. There to help in anyway. I highly highly recommend him. Thank you again for helping me threw all this and in the end I will have my confidence back!

I have went to Dr. Hewlett since I was little and now my daughter goes to his practice as well. They are always super friendly, give great explanation on what needs to be done, and just great at what they do. They were also amazing with my daughter who is barely a toddler. Just downright amazing and caring people that have cared for my family for decades!

It was so nice to finally be able to go to the dentist after so many months. As always the care was outstanding and I was very impressed with the new procedures and equipment they have installed to insure a clean environment. Katie is amazing and always makes me feel comfortable. I had been having problems with a crown and Dr Hewlett made sure it was no longer causing any discomfort. Great care.
