The customer service is bad. And they don't care to ship your orders on time. My Amazon account got messed up because of them. they shipped my orders late. And there's still many orders they didn't ship. I needed to refund many orders they didn't ship. Very irresponsible!! If your looking for a good 3pl this is not it. Period!!

The worst company I've ever dealt with. they charged me for liftgate and I didn't need it for my delivery. they threaten me to junk my package if I don't pay it, plus they delayed my delivery for over a week. after delivery I've asked for the liftgate money back cause I didn't need it but they stopped responding. very unprofessional and disrespectful
