She has a passion for food and takes great delight and care in putting together a menu that will meet your expectations. We don't use "off-the-rack" menus. Each menu is designed to deliver what the clients want in terms of style, delicious flavors, beverages, staffing, linens, china, glass and silver.

Absolutely phenomenal!!! Everything from the moment of first contact, through to the end of my wedding day, was simple and easy, and just the way I wanted. My husband and I didn't have much of an idea of what we wanted, only that it taste good equally for folks who were both adventurous and not-so-adventurous with their cuisine habits.
We loved all but one dish from the tasting, and got a recommendation for a replacement that was to die for. We had butternut squash soup shots, and a korean kebab, beef bourguignon, roasted vegetables, and a couple of other items. I got compliments all afternoon

Ann catered our wedding of 120 people at Haas-Lilienthal House last month, and it was amazing! Ann and her team were very easy to work with throughout the entire process, and I LOVED that they let us purchase the booze for their bartenders ourselves. They even carted the leftover beverages back to their kitchen after the event, and we'll be drinking well through winter :)
Ann's team is really a one-stop shop, including not just the food but the servers, bartenders, transport, and rentals. It was a relief not to have to deal with other moving parts like you do with some other caterers

Ann saved our party, marriage, and sanity! She's so pleasant, easy going, professional, organized, and flexible. We hired her to cater an afternoon party for 50, which quickly grew to 65 guests. Then, we had to switch the date--twice. She hung in through all our changes. A week before the event, my mom died and I was out-iOS-town to be with Mom before she passed and deal with things immediately after. Ann was willing to let me out of the contract. We decided to have the party anyway and she did an amazing job!

I worked with Ann Walker and her staff for a party for 40. We had passed hors d'oeuvres and a buffet dinner followed by a dessert and coffee table. We also had Ann provide a bartender for the wine/beer and nonalcoholic beverages.
The staff were attentive and a pleasure to work with. The food was outstanding. Going forward Ann Walker will be the caterer we will use for our biannual parties.

We were unable to use Ann Walker Catering's full services--but they were so helpful in referring us to Sam. Sam was indispensable and amazing! He was there through every moment from set-up to take-down, offering advice and helping out through each "crisis" that comes with a large family event. My mom and I went to the open house at the Brazil Room today to check out some caterers for my wedding at the Brazil Room later this year. The lady for this company (Ann I'm assuming) was EXTREMELY rude. We walked up in the middle of her showing potential room set ups on her laptop. The other bride who was listening welcomed me over so I could see too and the Ann Walker person actually picked her up laptop from the table, took a step back, and turned the screen away from my mom and I. She never welcomed us to her table

Ann Walking Catering did an amazing job with our wedding reception. Ann had the unthinkable task of trying to replicate Texas style barbecue in California, and she has come the closest to making it taste like the real thing. We encountered Ann Walker Catering at a venue open house where we were impressed with their unique menus and California feel.

Great catering with wonderful food. The day of our event had beautiful weather so food was set up on site inside and outside. A chef assistant was on site to make sure the food and its preparation was watched over and went well. The catering menu is varied and is able to accommodate best it can allergies and the like. Would highly recommend this business for anyone looking for a local and good quality caterer.

Ann Walker recently catered an hors d'ouvres birthday party for 21 people and the food, thoughtful of various special needs, was amazing, creative, delicious AND bountiful! It doesn't get much better than that! The food was incredible. I first did a tasting with Ann and sampled different appetizers and dishes. I knew I wanted a Spanish influence, but Ann took my ideas and turned them into a meal to remember. Being a vegetarian, but my husband loves his steak, she was able to please both of us. I was really impressed that Ann went the extra step and made sure our menu was in season and local. I have to believe that is way it tasted so good.
My husband is a big pie lover so we went with pie instead of cake

We wanted a Louisiana and Maryland theme for our wedding food. I sent over a Pinterest board for ideas and also a list of items for our menu. We met Ann at San Anselmo for our first tasting and she was delightful to work with.
Our guest count was 115 and we decided to go with family style servings. Family style worked for us because our guests did not have to get up to get in line, we didn't have to order

Hiring Ann Walker was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. We were looking to do a New Orleans inspired menu and from her initial proposal, Ann made our mouths water. She kindly offered to do the tasting in her home in San Francisco to accommodate our after-work schedule. Simply put, the food was awesome. It did not taste in any way like "wedding food" -- it tasted like food made with love.

I was trying to get some pricing from different caterers for price comparison for my wedding in Sept 2015. I contacted them back in early 2014, took them about a month to reply back to me to say my wedding is too far out for a proper pricing which I completely understand. They suggested me to contact them within the year out from my wedding so I wrote them another email for a proposal in Oct 2014. It's now the end of January and I still haven't heard back. HMMM.......way to keep in touch with your potential client
