Seacat Optometry is celebrating 20 years of serving Las Cruces and southern New Mexico. Dr. Seacat was born and raised in Indiana and received his Doctor of Optometry degree from Indiana University. He is a member of the New Mexico Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association.
