Best garage door guy in town! He came right out and helped identify the problem right away. It was a simple problem with the chain, but his ethical assessment probably saved me thousands if I had replaced it as suggested by a competitor! I have had a pretty checkered past in Fort Wayne concerning garage doors.
There have been some really nasty companies around here with some really bad business practices. Skip is one of the good guys. His prices are reasonable and he's very responsive and does nice work. Skip took great care of me on my overhead door opener. It was not your every day opener and he took the time to figure out what we needed and installed it in a timely fashion and at a great price.

I read a lot of 5 star reviews, but unfortunately that was not my experience. He was scheduled to come out on a Friday, and canceled when I called him that evening to see if he was still coming. Unexpected circumstances for him, and I can appreciate that. But then he did the same thing to me the next Monday. And then he canceled the 3rd appointment he made for 2 week out from that. Very disappointing.
