I have been a practicing plastic surgeon for over 25 years. My passion has and remains providing creative and compassionate care for all my patients. The first definition of " Doctor" in Webster's dictionary is, " learned or authoritative teacher". We are devoted to helping patients achieve their goals. We are not here to sell procedures, but to help patients make informed choices as well as perform procedures to the best of our ability. It is through the integration of compassion and creativity that the optimal experience is realized by our patients. Dr Kiener has been in practice in Reno, Nevada since 1991. He received his M.D. from the University of Cincinnati in 1981. His general surgery training was at University of Illinois / Cook County Hospital in Chicago, and his plastic surgery training was at the University of California, San Francisco.
We strive to limit all types of pain and discomfort. Not only physical pain, but emotional, mental and financial. We do our utmost to schedule and see patients in a timely manner both before and after the surgery. We feel our fee schedule is extremely competitive. We pride our practice on our timely responsiveness to patient's concerns and questions.
Addressing and answering the what, who, where, how, and when question sequence can help educate and prepare patients for procedures. What is the procedure in question? Who will benefit from the procedure of interest and who is an ideal candidate? Where is the procedure be performed? In office, an accredited outpatient facility, or in a hospital?
Please note that the following statements represent generalizations and outcomes and complications may vary from patient to patient. Breast augmentation is the increase in breast volume with use of implants or less commonly transfer of fat. Breast implants or fat improve volume and size, but do not lift breasts.

I have never been treated so rudely by a medical professional. Initially, the office wasn’t sure if the doctor would be willing to see me, so I was asked to send in my medical information from a previous doctor, and I did so about two weeks prior to the consultation. I was told that Dr. Kiener would review my notes to see if it was worth me coming in at all. It was exceptionally clear that Dr. Kiener had not even looked at my notes before the appointment, and immediately dismissed me. He did not ask me questions about the care I hoped to receive, and he spoke over the top of me SEVERAL times

It's hard to believe that there are 5 stars with every review. No matter how talented someone is in their profession, no one's perfect. It sounds as if some of these reviews are staged.
Anyway, I saw Dr. Kiener about 16 years ago for a consultation. He came highly recommended by my PCP. His procedures are current and he's proficient. He knows it too. He's conceited to say the least (very proud of his illustrious career). And patronizing. Yep-his bed side manner leaves much to be desired. Some people won't be deterred by his lack of bed side manners. It's based on the person.

Dr. Kiener is a consummate professional with a warm and reassuring manner. He took the time to explain my procedure thoroughly - so much so that I didn't have any questions, which anyone who knows me will tell you is highly unusual. Despite his wealth of experience, I never felt that he was anything other than kind, caring and focused on my care. I'm thrilled with both the results of my tummy tuck and the experience of working with Dr. Kiener and his wonderful staff.

5 stars are not enough! I could not be more happy with my Breast Augmentation results! This was a huge decision for me and I had very high expectations, and I can honestly say that I am more than thrilled with my results. Dr. Kiener and his staff have been an absolute pleasure and I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking in the area for a plastic surgeon with experience that can provide excellent results.

Dr Kiener is absolutely amazing. He did my first breast augmentation here in Stockton at beautologie. At first I was terrified about going through surgery, wondering if I made the right decision with how big I wanted to go. He seriously went above and beyond for me and made me feel very important after my surgery. He takes amazing care of his clients, genuinely cares about them, and follows up with compassion and care. 10 out of 5 stars for me and my experience!

Dr Kiener and his staff are ultimate professionals. But beyond that, they are always right there for you if you have questions or concerns before or after procedures. They probably answer the same questions thousands of times, but I always felt they were completely focused on me when ever I was on the phone or in the office. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
