Functional medicine focuses on improving the physiological function as a primary method of improving the health of patients.
Caffery does not accept all new patient inquiries. We only want to take on patients we feel like he will have the best chance of helping. I wanted to share a screen shot of my FB post from a couple days ago and let you see the changes in me as well as how many people responded so positively!! More than a few people asked for your info and I hope… they get in to see you! This has been nothing less than a complete transformation for me; there aren’t really sufficient words to say thank you! It’s not just the weight loss, it’s having the tools and knowledge to manage my own disorder and keep it in check so I can now get on with living my best life, doing all the things I love most with more energy and JOY!!

When I reached out to Dr Caffery, I had been struggling for almost a year with feeling “off” in general. Some regular symptoms included random bouts of weakness, dizziness, nausea, nervousness, sleeplessness, exhaustion, heart palpitations, etc. The list of symptoms was enormous and very random... THANK YOU THANK YOU Dr. Caffrey for finding a way to manage my microscopic colitis through Nutrition. You also discovered my body reacts to fermented foods so at the moment the SIBO (small intestinal bacteria… overgrowth) is under control following the SIBO diet. I've incorporated many foods back into my diet and still continue to be symptom free. OOOH and btw, I know when I eat something that my body does not tolerate, haha.

I have been seeing Dr. Caffery for a couple of years now. He has been a godsend. I have gone to many other integrative physicians over the the last decade trying to both figure out why I did not feel well and what to do about it.
