In 1931, Dr. Thurman Fleet founded a unique and powerful chiropractic technique known as Zone Therapy. Through his research, Dr. Fleet noted that there are six "zones" in the body and that each zone correlates with a specific brain center, an area in the brain that regulates and controls the specific zone.
Very often migraines and other types of headaches can be caused by problems in the upper part of the spine. Dysfunction in the neck can irritate the nerves that go from the neck into the head, and if left unchecked can lead to headaches. Doc Mike is amazing! Best chiropractor we’ve ever been to and we’ve been to quite a few. The office manager, Haley, does a great job keeping things running like a well oiled machine, and she is super friendly, too!!! Both of them are fun and are really good at what they do! I was having some pretty severe lower back pain when I came in for a consultation. Dr. Mike led me through the new patient process. I immediately felt comfortable due to his thorough explanation of how Foothills Chiropractic office works. I went for 3, yes 3 adjustments and the pain subsided. I was amazed! Since then I been coming as regularly as I can and have noticed an improvement in my overall comfort and have not experienced that same severe pain since. Great work!

I had pulled a muscle in my lower back Sunday before labor day and couldn't hardly move. I called Dr. Mike that night and he returned my phone call Monday morning and came in to the office to see me. He genuinely cares about his patients and has really great plans that are very much affordable! He went into detail and gave demonstrations to help me understand what was going on. I would definitely recommend him.

Dr. Mike is very compassionate and seems to have a gifted sense about where you hurt and how to help you get better. Both my husband and I have been going for several months and feel so much better. Foothills Chiropractic has the best rates I have seen anywhere in the area. I am able to go as often as I need to, instead of going as often as I can afford. I have been to many chiropractors and I can say that this one has a very good touch when dealing with the neck. I would recommend, and have recommended, this place to anyone. The care I have received here has been a great help to me.
