Our team has many skills so we're able to offer a wide array of services. At vitaltech, our mission is dedication to partnering with our clients through delivering a genuine Human Experience. To us, Human is defined as personable, willing, and trustworthy. At vitaltech we strategically partner with our clients, and strive to be the most Human company in IT.
We include all PC break/fix issues including all hardware and software concerns pertaining to servers, mobile devices, and networking. Regular management meetings and preventative maintenance also are covered. We don't bill for our time for site visits related to helpdesk tickets, but we do charge for the expense to get our resource to/from our clients' offices.
Is vitaltech looking for someone passionate about technology? Absolutely. With that said, it is just as important that our team members are passionate about people as well.
