Took our boat to get worked on and the whole time Ryan kept giving out excuses why it was not ready. He had the boat for well over 2 months Numbers of times I called to check on the status and he wouldn't even respond back. Not professional in any way. Very unorganized as well. Do yourself a favor find someone else !

Critical: Professionalism
Boat owners beware, these guys are slimey. They wanted me to buy a motor with unknown hours, poor quality, and over 30 years old because I had two bad carburetors. Which is absolutely heinous. Don't go to them, you'll regret it

Not only do they disobey COVID 19 restrictions and guidelines, they also make false promises. No one wears a mask. I understand working in the heat on boats not wearing a mask is fine. But when you’re talking to customers put on a mask! Worst experience at a mechanic shop in my entire life. My issues go beyond Covid concerns. If you want to get sick and upset that your boat still isn’t fixed after you’re over charged then go here!

Not happy with the service, still having issues with my boat, it has never been the same since they worked on it. The first time they worked on it they charged me several hundred dollars and I went to put it in the water it would not get on plane or go over 2000 RPM. I brought it back to them only for them to claim that they found other issues with the boat and then charged me again. Each time it took several weeks to get the boat back, I found zip ties holding carburetor linkages together. The first guy I talked to said they put a new carburetor on it, then when I talked to the owner he said they

Worst experience. I was quoted between $250-$500. Then charged $823.90 for some new wires and a bunch of things a girl doesn't understand. When the boat was picked up at their shop it had empty beer bottles and used cigarettes inside. No new wires, the battery wasn't even attached. I disputed the additional charge of $323.90 and they put together a bogus recipet I've never seen before. I have pictures and nothing they say they did was done. Going to the better business bureau. Would give this place zero stars if I could. Stay away!

I was new to the area with an older boat and was referred to WTC. Ryan and his guys did a full tune up on the engine, restored both rear jump seats and leaning post, fabricated new canvas on my t top and lists goes on. I would highly recommend Wilmington Total Marine for their honesty, craftsmanship and professionalism. Get out there and support these guys.

I brought my boat here for measurements to have a bow cushion made. Weeks went by and I didn't hear from them. I called and was told they had to send the sewing machine in for repairs and it would only be a couple more weeks (probably BS). When I called back, the phone was down and still is. I've emailed multiple times and no response. Completely unreliable. Will NEVER go back.

Ryan is a great guy and knows boats. He is a true American and does all types of repairs from New Boat Sales to engine, cosmetics, fiberglass, canvas, and upholstery. They even offer hurricane haul out. I would trust Ryan for any boat repair or service! Keep up the good work.

Where do I start? Set an appointment to have my boat reupholstered weeks out. Delivered boat to shop the day I was suppose to and was told it would be ready by July 4th weekend. Picked up July 3rd and NOTHING was done to it. Was told I would get a call when to drop off following week and never did. Called and was told it would be another week before they could get to it. I asked for the new quote as I was told the upholstery was going to be more due to the fabric. Receptionist called back next day and told me it would be 3 more weeks (already scheduled the original appointment 6 weeks ago) and

DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP!!! This is by far the worst customer experience I have ever dealt with. I dropped my Xpress off for some warranty work done as well as hydraulic steering and some other items. After speaking with the owner Ryan, he said I would have the boat back within a week no problem. Well a month of me calling and emailing trying to get a hold of someone I need my boat back, so I finally drove the hour to the shop to find out what was going on. To find out no work was done at all except the hydraulic steering was install which was the WRONG Unit and installed improperly. The owner Ryan
