If I could give them a zero-star I would. The flowers I ordered were not the same as what they delivered. When I called them they refuse to give me a full refund or re-deliver the plant I ended up ordering from another florist so paid twice. Plant should've been 17.5", brown basket , description said "A strong choice for men"... and the delivered a White Easter Basket that was half the size it should've been. This is a classic bait and switch. DON'T TRUST THEM.... READ SOME OF THE OTHER ADS I WISH I HAD!

The arrangement that they sent was nothing like the arrangement that was ordered. The roses were in full bloom and were starting to welt, The water in the vase was filthy upon arrival and customer service was as horrible as the arrangement that died within 2 days. Another order was placed for arrival on Valentine's Day and it was absolutely nothing like what was ordered. It was sent back to the flower shop and now they're refusing to refund the money for the returned arrangement.

We ordered a flower bouquet for my mom's birthday and we were excited to have it deliver to her. When she got it the arrangement didn't look like the ones online on their website. The stems were cut way too short making it look cheap. There was only one rose on the arrangement and online, it looked bigger and with more roses. The flowers are even starting to die even on the same day when we got them. Hopefully we can get a replacement or our money back.

In a time of pain this place made it worth my time and the purchase I went to another florists just before this one which I was not happy at all but I am truly happy about my experience here I felt like they cared and she went far and beyond to show me all options and the truth I think my flower arrangement was the best out of all of them it was beautifully well arranged omg.... I meant to write a review on September but I got too busy with my baby shower. Anyways i needed last minute flowers by the weekend and it was allready Thursday. I went to every flower shop in San Fernando but this one was the only one that told me yes I can help you and you'll get your flowers by Saturday. She was nice and helpful. When I went to pick them up she wasn't there her husband help Me. He was nice and even though I forgot to get the receipt he didn't Gave me no problem getting my flowers. Will come back whenever I want any flowers. :)

I received a birthday bouquet from this florist. The sender used PRO Flower's to place the order. She was charged $90 and I got an arrangement with 5 roses. It was sad and pitiful. I immediately called to complain. PRO Flower's offered to send out a new bouquet on Monday April 28, 2014. The arrangement had 9 roses this time, but did not look worth the $90 paid. Today is Friday May 2, 2014 and half of my 9 roses are dead. I filled the vase with water everyday AND I left the A/C on to hopefully keep the flowers alive longer. They died anyway. This florist is clearly taking advantage of

I ordered flowers from teleflore for my mom and dads birthday, I ordered the premium flowers which cost ober $70, it was gorgeous on the internet, but when I saw what was delivered to my parents house I was soo irritated! I wouldn't even pay $20 for the flowers that were sent from this vendor, on the internet the premium package had over a dozen roses and over 6 baby roses it was full and lush, what my mom received was a sorry excuse of flowers only had 4 roses 6 carnations and 3 lilys, like I said I did not pay $70+ for 4 roses, I could have bought 2 dozen roses from Costco and had a random
