The woman at the front desk will lie to your face and tell you no one else applies for a apartment or house. They go by strongest credit, gets the house or apartment. Even tho I am on section 8, which means my rent gets paid instantly. I'm just saying if you are on section 8 STAY AWAY FROM TONY CLARK AND GAC PROPERTY MANAGEMENT, most likely you'll get disqualified too!!!

Angela is the best! She helped us to buy, then sell our first home. Tony Clark Realtors and Angela Clark are in my opinion the go-to-people of the Owensboro Daviess County Area. My husband and I discussed selling our house and contacted Angela Clark, not only did she list my house in record time, she sold it after 12 days on the market. Angela and all the staff at Tony Clark Realtors, treated me and my home with the upmost respect. Everyone I encountered were kind and very helpful. I would never consider using another agent or brokerage for my home purchasing/selling needs.
