Services
Recovering after an illness or surgical procedure is a group task. It requires the efforts of the patient, extended family, and your P-B Health Home Care team. We work in partnership with everyone involved with your care. We are committed to providing high-quality care on a daily basis, with every patient.
As more baby boomers approach retirement, aging in place and maintaining the ability to stay home as long as possible is increasingly important. Skilled nursing allows you to have high levels of physician proscribed health care without leaving home. Skilled Nursing Care is provided for patients who require intensive medical support following hospitalization, illness or accident.
When a doctor prescribes treatments to help a patient recover, it often involves using multiple therapies. At P-B Health we provide physical, occupational, and speech therapy. Speech therapy involves evaluating and treating communication problems. These problems could develop in childhood or occur in adults due to illness such as a stroke or brain injury.
In addition to regular services such as housekeeping, meal preparations, grocery shopping, etc. We also provide respite care when a regular care giver needs a break. Respite care is short term or temporary care for a sick or disabled person. It is designed to provide relief for a caregiver. This care may last for a few hours or weeks, depending on your coverage options.
P-B Health Hospice Care was established in 2019 to address the needs of limited life patients and their families. A limited life diagnosis is emotionally and physically challenging for everyone. In addition, the person has the greatest desire to spend the end of their life in the familiar environment of home where they are most comfortable and can connect with meaningful memories.

I will never use this agency again. They are rude, inconsiderate, unprofessional and insensitive to clients time. They were never on time and always making last minute time changes. We went through this last year with them and for the first visit in 2022, they started out the same way again. Needless to say, we terminated their contract. Please do not subject your loved ones to these neanderthals. I intend going forward with a formal complaint.

They are unreliable! They can't make it to appointments on time if they show up at all!!!! The man in charge of the PT basically called me a liar when I told him that his physical therapist scheduled an appointment at 12 and didn't show up. I am cancelling this company and requesting a replacement be made for my husband! Awful company!! Stay away from this company, you will not get any help!

If I could give less then one star I would!
Phone calls not returned, staff doesn’t know that they don’t provide supplies, they cancelled my home care appointment and didn’t notify me that they did or why, the office opens at 8:30, an emergency call placed at 8:20 was returned at 9:30 and a nurse followed up on that emergency call at 5:30! So far a terrible experience!!
I left a message two days ago for the owner to call me back to discuss the issues I had and that was 2 days ago. So much for customer service!
KP referred me to them, they will be investigating my experience!

This a fraudulent company. Yinka works for PB Health and rates it as a 5 star company. He sent a 200 lb woman to my house who could not walk properly for physical therapy. I was charge $500 for her to sit down the whole time. FRAUD!
