It is a pleasure to welcome you to Merry Acres Inn. This boutique-style hotel in Albany, GA features 110 rooms and was built in 1952. Located in the heart of Albany in Southwest Georgia, our recently renovated spaces have more of a bed and breakfast vibe than a corporate chain replication. Merry Acres is best known as a historic inn that masterfully combines Southern charm and hospitality with modern conveniences.

Representing the most well-established and locally owned lodging in Albany, Georgia, our hotel is within minutes of most area attractions and businesses. Manager’s Reception Report
Merry Acres Inn guests are invited for a free cocktail in the Manor House Pub at our Manager's Reception from 5 to 6:30 p.m. Monday-Thursday. Bring your Manager's Reception ticket and room key, and mingle with your fellow guests inside or out. Our friendly pub staff is eager to meet you! The Manor House Pub features a beautiful double veranda at the heart of the Merry Acres grounds.
Corporate Rates/VIPs Report
Qualified business travelers and our other frequent guests are eligible to receive preferred corporate rates and membership in the Merry Acres Inn VIP Program. Merry Acres Inn VIP Program members receive corporate rates and a reward of one free night's stay or $50 for every 15 nights' stay at our hotel.
Special Packages Report
The Spa Package features an Executive Room with a king bed or two queen beds; a complimentary continental breakfast; and services from the nearby Oasis Day Spa. Our Golf Package features an Executive Room with a king bed or two queen beds; complimentary continental breakfast; 18 holes of golf (cart provided) on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday at nearby Doublegate Country Club - a private championship golf course.

Very outdated and the bathroom was sketchy. There is a lot of rusty fixtures in the bathroom, doesn’t look clean, and the toilet did not appear to be clean(also rusty). It feels like we were given a bad room compared to the other reviews. Just feels like a real cheap motel and I’m not comfortable sleeping here tonight. Hoping to change rooms tomorrow but we got in late tonight and are too tired to request a change.

Would have given a 5 star rating. When trying to check out from our tab the bartender was engaged in personal conversation on her cellphone. Totally ignoring me.

It's a nice little place to listen to local artist. Small inside area. The veranda outside has more room. It's a place you can listen to music, get a little dancing during the week.
They have menus from a couple of restaurants that deliver.

A 3-week visit made very comfortable with a nice room and courteous service. The WiFi was spotty at times but a great place to stay.

The people that work there go out of their way to make your stay excellent. The rooms are extremely clean. They have a wonderful breakfast as well to start the day. I definitely recommend Merry Acres Inn and when visiting Albany Georgia again will stay there for sure.

Was here for and gala event at one if their may event centers in the complex. Could not be more pleased with the event space and the set up. I would definitely book an event here for myself.

We rode the motorcycle from Climax, enjoyed the entire experience. Nice little spot and great staff. Food was very good, could have been a little faster getting to us.

Good place if you don't have to go to work the next day. There are 40+ people (without masks) having I think a wedding party? with a live band right now around the pool. It's Wednesday night, 9:23pm... If I didn't have to get up at 5am to go try and keep people alive in the Covid ICU tomorrow morning I would be into it. Just seems like a poor choice on several levels.

We stayed for a week, very clean room , great staff. Everyone was very friendly, all of your staff went above and beyond making sure we had a great stay. I highly recommend staying at Merry Acres. Thank You to all of the staff.

Can't say enough wonderful things. Joe at the desk and Allen in the pub are the best. Rooms are lovely. Parking can be a little tricky. some are parallel parking.
