We'll sit down to a focused "logistics" meeting and walk through my large "Detail Download" spreadsheet so we don't miss anything.
I am a full-service wedding planner with 25 years of experience. I think I've always been an event planner! Both my Bachelor's Degree and Master's Degree are in Public Relations. My career started in producing major live television events, and then I moved to high-end presidential events for major universities.

Services
As your Planner, I will design your table decor, and handle all rentals including linens and detail props. Clients will receive swatches, and swatches are sent to the florist for exact color matching. Our pros come in, set your personal items and specialty tables, provide your specialty linens, tie your napkins, and decorate your venue.
Amanda was an AMAZING Wedding Planner. She was a key part in making our wedding as wonderful and successful as it was. She was always on top of it and a real pleasure to work with over the past several months. You can tell Amanda truly cares about the bride and groom, and their big day. I had several guests come up to me and tell me how great Amanda was, and how lucky we were to have her.
The boutonniere is a small flower worn by the men who make up the wedding party, and often fathers & grandfathers. It is worn on the lapel of the man's jacket. Men not wearing jackets do not get boutonniere's. Stems may be wrapped or unwrapped. The Corsage is the flower worn by the women in the wedding party, often this is only for moms and grandma's.

*Disclaimer I am not related to this wedding party, nor attended the wedding* but after my experience with The Event Troupe and seeing this come across the Facebook page, I felt the need to review as I was also not met with professionalism and I think this speaks volumes to the quality of services The Event Troupe provides. I felt insulted and unheard during my entire planning process and now to see her bashing other couples on a public platform makes me realize word needs to get out about how unprofessional this business is. Amanda does an amazing job with coordinating all the details for her events. I work with Amanda on multiple occasions and she is always on top of her game. From the initial planning stages to the final break down, she has detailed information for each vendor and client involved. Amanda takes the time to host design parties for clients and work with them on beautiful layouts and plans for their event, as well as order in special linens and decor items. She is also at the event hours ahead of time to make sure every detail is set properly and everything is in order. I would highly recommend Amanda

Amanda was so helpful to me as I planned our non-profit gala. Her solid understanding of what it takes to create a fun and beautiful event within a limited budget was instrumental to our success. This is the worst coordinator you could possibly find!!! Amanda is a NIGHTMARE!! She will not work to get what you want. She will not communicate effectively. She WILL make fun of you and your guests. She will take unauthorized pictures and share them to social media. She is beyond unprofessional. The junior coordinator is an even bigger nightmare. She will throw you under the bus. Say nasty things on social media about your hard work. They manipulate the ratings and recommendations on social media.....which is how we fell for it. First off she charged $$$ for her services (and was going to charge them ANOTHER $$$ if they moved their date to next year due to COVID-19 restrictions.) The brides and grooms family found the caterer and found an alternate location due to COVID restrictions without much assistance from this "wedding manager" All AMANDA PIPER did was boss everybody around!!
Before the rehearsal at the church, she made the mother of the bride furious as well as cry hysterically. Then basically read the plan for the ceremony off of
