Super happy all the way around with using A Ride in Luxury to celebrate a 50th birthday for a good friend. Phil (owner) was helpful on my initial call to work out a time slot that would work. Staff was always available when I had questions after booking the event. Derek (sp?) our driver was awesome and attentive to our group the whole time and helped make the drive a very memorable one for the birthday girl! Thank you so much! It was well worth the spend!

I owe this company a long-overdue review for the four times we hired a limo for the annual Colorado Arc Film Festival. Here's what we submitted to Yelp after the event in 2017: We had an absolutely spectacular time on the way to and from the Film Festival, and Eric wasn't just a chauffeur, he was a host! He hosted the most rocking party in the city last night. We could not have been more pleased, from the vehicle and the route, to Eric's patience and skill at handling some tricky terrain. Plus, having Jack's films playing on the cabin monitor was an incredible bring-down-the-house bonus!

Appreciate the promptness of customer service representatives, convenience of timing & luxury of the service, however I didn't appreciate the political & medical misinformation conversation that took place with the driver. Hard to stop that when you're physically in a car. I would think limousine drivers should know to keep their opinions to themselves in light of representing a company/brand (basic professionalism).

They were a lifesaver(Erica took my call),when the taxi I had called(Pikes Peak)never showed&would’nt answer their phone so I could find out if they were even going to show&I couldn’t find another ride,taxi or otherwise. Honestly,it was quite a bit more than I had intended to spend on a ride,but was worth it. My driver: he was awesome,very patient,friendly,professional,informative&just really cool. The vehicle was nice,too. Clean&comfy. I will definitely be recommending/re-calling them!

To be fair, they were on time, sent me email reminders and updates, and even changed my pickup time when I was worried about having too tight of a turnaround to catch my flight. However, what was not acceptable, and why I would never, ever use this service again was the homophobic religious rant I received from the driver on my way to the airport. Ugh---nothing worse than being trapped in a car subjected to hate speech and religious proselytizing. This was unprofessional and they ought to have a conversation with their drivers about what is appropriate behavior in a business environment.

I live in Missouri and my daughter (15) was traveling by herself to meet her youth group in Colorado Springs. Due to the groups evening events, I was going to organize transportation for her from the airport to the group. I can't say enough good things about this company. We have used them seven or eight times in the last year, and the service has been consistent, excellent, and a great value. We had even grown to trust them to the point that we had one of their drivers bring our 13-year-old from school to her after school activity (when we were in a jam!)

Fantastic! I used A Ride in Luxury for a very last minute transfer from Manitou Springs to the COS airport for my daughter and her friend. I was a bit nervous because of the few reviews here, but after speaking to their reservations person (Erica) I felt perfectly comfortable. Not only were they able to accommodate my last minute (and extremely early AM) request, they were so reasonably priced and I felt assured the driver would be reliable...and they were that and more! This experience was amazing from the first quote to the final drop off. Colleen in the office was quick to communicate, flexible, and asked all the right questions to help me plan the perfect surprise for my husband's birthday. David, our driver, was prompt, friendly, and courteous. He also made sure it was a special ride and took the most beautiful route to our location to ensure we got there on time, in class, and with a beautiful view. I really felt he cared about making the day special.
