Was replacing a component on my laptop and was stuck dealing with a stripped screw that would not budge. Called the Computer Guild and they said they would take a look at it for me. When I arrived, they were able to get my screw out within minutes. On top of this, there was NO CHARGE! Very quick and nice staff. This is now my go-to place for any computer-related problems I might have.

What great people to work with! Just had my second visit and they are knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and helpful. Had my computer up and running again quickly and explained the issues with it. NO CHARGE!! Also advised that it was probably on it's way out and provided great information on what type of new computer would fit my needs. So very helpful for me. If you have computer issues, this is the place to go, knowing you can trust their advice and recommendations is priceless.

What a GREAT company. I have been a client of The Computer Guild for many years. Basem built my PC long ago and it's still working! The other day I needed help setting up a new Samsung tablet. "Will" (short for William) you should be so proud of yourself! Your positivity is infectious. I was able to quickly learn how to navigate and set up the tablet. You're amazing, especially because I am so computer illiterate. The Computer Guild was a great company to work with. The employees were pleasant, knowledgeable, courteous and experienced. My computer that I took to have repaired was outdated and had crashed. They recommended a replacement instead of wasting money on repairing the old system. I purchase the new computer and was in route to the store when I realized the store was closing in 5 minutes. I called the store and the employee waited for me even though that made him late leaving work. I really appreciated the kindness because I had a deadline to meet and him staying over, helped me to meet my deadline

I love these guys! They are very friendly and helpful and have been there for me every time! I appreciate their honesty like today they could have charged me quite a bit to fix my 7 year old computer but instead recommended buying a new one and wrote down everything I need to make sure that it has and didn't even charge me for the consultation!

I just picked up my computer today with some software issues and they fixed it and I had it back in two days...I wanted to leave a tip but they said that they don't take tips so all I can do is give them a great review. I've taken my computers to them five different times and have been very satisfied with the repairs and service and am always surprised at how little they charge. I will never go anywhere else!

I recently experienced a major financial hack. They helped me through virus scanning, data back up and restoring, program installation and purchasing a better computer to do all of this on. My most recent experience was with Josh who guided me through some problems I was having. He was very cordial, professional and patient. I recommend this business highly.

Mid-February I was in the middle of completing some billing work that I needed to turn into my biller and my USB device failed. I began freaking out and quickly contacted a team member at the Computer Guild. I was told to bring my device in and there was a potential that some data recovery could be done but it was difficult to tell before actually getting it into the shop. Not sure why there are low reviews as other places and people give this place 5 stars. And they are worth it. They helped me with my old computer and my base level understanding of how computers work. Workers like Justin are patient and helpful in not only fixing computers but helping to explain what happened and how to avoid future issues. It's like a mechanic that tells you how to avoid future repairs. It's a rare thing these days. Glad to have this place in our town.

A couple years ago water was spilled on my MacBook so I immediately brought it in to see if it could be saved because it would not turn on. The guy took one look at it and told me the motherboard was fried and that it couldn't be saved, and I trusted him because he's "the expert". The next day I went and bought a new laptop and had him copy the contents of my hard drive and put it on my new lap top. When I went back to pick up both lap tops, he only gave me my new one. This location on West Main (in Meijers store) is THE VERY BEST. The service department is outstanding, their honesty and integrity is beyond exceptional. They are courteous, knowledgeable, and easy to understand. In addition, they are very thorough and will walk you through a problem. I came here with my MacBook Air after the operating system wouldn't load. They ran an evaluation on it for me and said it needed the OS reinstalled, that it would cost $150 for the reinstall alone, or $180 for backup with re-installation. I gave the go-ahead and they said it would be ready the next day. The next day comes and goes with no word. I call the day after and they say it should be ready by the end of that day. Then I get a phone call a couple hours later telling me that my 13 month old MacBook needs a new hard drive, and it so happens that these hard drives aren't available
