Went in for a consult for threads, was rushed through it. They didn't even show before & after pictures. They started procedure before finishing telling me about it. Very painful & wasn't numbing up enough. Wanted to lift lower jawline but they put threads up higher & suggested more threads to address my problem area.

I came here to discuss PDO threads for some looseness around my chin. I was already a bit frustrated when I waited 45 minutes in the waiting room after checking in for my appointment without any updates on how much longer the wait would be. Cut to the actual interaction where I expressed that I wanted to address some looseness on my under-chin area. I was told the these MINT threads would do great, 4 threads for $800. I had gone to another local place and had a poor experience. The former consulation was me filling in paperwork. However, my appointment with Jennifer at Faceline was so much better. Very disappointed. Went in to get Botox, the way he placed it, left me with a bruise and bump that is still there afyer 2 weeks and a droopy lid. A message and photo was sent to his nurse, she didnt even respond!! Will never be back and will let everyone know, do not use these people!!

Purchased Obagi products and cheek lift for wife for anniversary. Kayla and Lori were AWESOME!! Also, of course, Dr. Rafi is VERY smart, kind, and wonderful! He explained everything to a tee.
