At Jewelry Depot, we employ expert diamond setters and cutters, watch repairmen and watchmakers, goldsmiths, jewelers, engravers, and laser welding technicians in order to service you and your jewelry and watches in a timely manner. We are able to perform many basic repairs on the spot while-you-wait, while other more complicated repairs are usually completed in less than three days.

From the moment I stepped into their beautiful location in Hallandale Beach, FL I knew I was somewhere special.

I see I’m not the only one that bought a wedding ring here who’s diamond just completely fell off the mount, that should tell you enough. When I finally made the far trip back to show them the wedding ring that I had for LESS than two years with the missing diamond, the man working there could literally care less. Not even an apology or the slightest courtesy, and especially not a discount or any help offered. These people not only have terrible quality of jewelry (especially wedding rings) but they do not respect peoples hard earned money or care for customer service. I guess they figured

I can tell you that we brought her 4 year old wedding band to Koosh Jewlers because a couple diamonds fell out, they found my records in about 5 minutes. No questions asked they are fixing the ring, no charge unlike

UPDATE: About a month ago, I lost a petite diamond from my beloved sapphire and diamond pendant that I initially purchased from Jewelry Depot. I wear it almost every day-- which is the same frequency with which I receive compliments on it--so there is no surprise that it would need a repair after a few years. I have to admit, given that I live in NYC and the store is in Florida, I was a little nervous about the turnaround time.

I went there back in June of 2020 to get a new mounting for my wife’s engagement ring. Real nice people it was husband and wife the owners. They asked why I never got my ring there in the first place when I bought it, and that if I had bought there I would not be having issues with it. I spend about 3K to fix her wending band and get the new mounting for the engagement ring. Everything is good and happy.
Fast forward to July 2021 and the mounting has a diamond that fell out. My wife goes to the store and there is a manager now. He states he has no record of our purchase, that they don’t keep

My personal experience with these jewelers turned out as a pleasant one. Happened to walk in on a Wednesday before a closed Thursday due to a Jewish holiday. The bracelet repair completed on a Saturday. Customer here without a single complaint about the extended wait! Reason: I came in right before closing on that Wednesday. The store was closed on a Friday due to a family emergency. Their was a printed posted sign on the front door indicating as much. Received the repair completion notification and walked out with a satisfied aura! A very professional establishment.

Came here as I needed to get my wedding ring sized. Located on Federal Highway with parking in the back. Note the parking is one way so you need to access from the South side of the building. Once you get inside with access from behind the building you will notice a very large showroom with many jewelry cases.
The jeweler is working with a customer and there is two sales ladies keeping busy. When I approached the one woman I had to wait as she was in the middle of a transaction I assume. Finally at this point when she realized there is no escaping she asked me what I needed. I showed her my ring

One of the best experiences at a jewellery store. Katy and the rest of the staff were extremely kind and helpful. This is a family-run business m and it felt very trustworthy, like the family jeweler I had back in Itay. I went with my grandmother who wanted some repairs and everyone was very patient with her and accommodated her requests. I will definitely go back! Highly recommended!

I live in NYC/Miami and this is hands down the best custom jeweler I have found in either place. After searching a few places and even going to Aventuras International jewelers exchange to sell my ring I was not comfortable with what they were offering me and I went around kept asking and came across Ted at Jewelry Depot and he gave me a lesson learned on diamonds that I will not buy any jewelry if it's not from Ted!
He knows his stuff takes his time and after telling me the history of my ring I asked him for 500 he gave me 650!!!!
