Services
Go Eco Disposal offers standard weekly curbside garbage pick-up. Our service includes the use of a 96 gallon wheeled garbage cart. Once a week our garbage truck will come to your home and empty your garbage cart. For a hassle free pick up please do not place the cart near mail boxes, parked cars, trees, or other obstructions.
A roll-off dumpster is a heavy, rectangular container with an open top that is designed to hold large items and large quantities of debris so it's commonly used for construction projects, cleanouts, and demolition and remodeling jobs, and yard waste. A 20-yard dumpster is ideal for larger home projects.
Usually, you will get a robocall or information with your invoice if any changes in our schedule. Also, check our Facebook page. Have your garbage or recycling cart at the curbside, the evening prior to your pick-up day. Cart lid must be closed and all items placed in it to eliminate additional service charges.
Each gallon of fuel saved, prevents 20 pounds of carbon dioxide from entering our atmosphere. Consider using biofuels if you own a diesel vehicle. Not only does it reduce emissions, it also eliminates cooking oil waste and provides an alternative to foreign oil. Switch your air filter to a reusable, high efficiency air filter to increase your miles per gallon and to reduce waste.
Please note: all billing comes from NetComm@TrashBilling.com with Go Eco Disposal in subject area. Check both inbox or junk mail and save as favorite to avoid getting emails missed. There is a convenience fee of $3.50 that you must add when paying online. You also have the option to sign up for Autopay using credit/debit card or checking account.

I called Lori and she got my dumpster ordered and delivered on time. I called them and they picked up right away. It was great. I did not have a dumpster hanging out at my house when I was done. I would definitely call them again.

Great communication for holiday trash pickup changes, price can’t be beat and I can always count on GoEco to be on time for weekly pick of my trash which is great for those times I forget to push out my trash can the night before! Highly recommend.

My trash can was stolen, called company to have it replaced, spoke with Lorrie, who stated that they would charge me for a replacement and that I needed to go out into my neighborhood and look for it. I then told them that they could cancel my service. 30 mins later I received a call stating that they would waive the replacement fee, but I still needed to continue looking for my trash can. About two hours later, I received another call stating that the owner went out looking for my trash can and found it a street over, and that it was being used, and that they were bringing it back, full of trash

I've been very pleased with our service from this company. It's always nice calling and talking to their team. My billing issue was quickly resolved when I asked for help and they were very responsive when I asked more questions about my trash pickup date. They are a family-owned local business so they were my first call for trash pick-up! So glad I called because Lorrie was so helpful and made it so easy! The price was reasonable and there wasn't a large fee if I needed to cancel. The gentleman that dropped off the cart was also friendly and came as scheduled!

Just signed on with Go Eco Disposal and loved my first experience with them! Family owned and operated, they were very friendly and very accommodating! I signed up on a Friday and they delivered the cans on Saturday (even though they don’t usually do that on a weekend, but because I had just moved and had a lot to be picked up, they wanted to be sure I didn’t miss Monday’s pick up!) They even donate to a couple charities with the money made from aluminum cans collections! Great business!

We moved to Wilmington for a two year assignment and Go Eco Disposal has been great. Prior to our move, I called all of the trash/recycle companies and Go Eco Disposal was one of the lowest costs. I decided to go with Go Eco as Linda was extremely friendly and welcoming on the phone. I set the service up over 1 month in advance, and sure enough the day after we moved in, Dave brought new trash and recycle bins to our home. They seem extremely organized and we've never had a missed pick up.

I've been with Go Eco for a couple of years and no problems. Last year I was given a quote from another company for a lower rate and decided to go with them, but when I called to stop my service, they wanted to match the quote. Again, no problems with them so I agreed. So I pay quarterly and last October I was late getting my check off to them because I had a medical emergency come up, but only by a couple of days. Regardless, it was late. My fault. So I get my bill this quarter, they went up 20%, AND charged me a $5 late fee!

If I could give them no stars I would. We moved to Wilmington mid September and I started garbage and recycling services with Go Eco Disposal. To start service they made me pay $20 for delivering the garbage and recycling carts, the prorated month for September and the next quarter's bill totaling $101.25. I didn't have a problem with that, what I found odd was they required I write a check and give it to the driver before he would drop off the carts.
What really bothered me was their policy "Below is the only allowed RECYCLABLES that is to be put in your GREEN RECYCLING CART
