It was as easy as coming in, picking out the car I wanted, and then getting approved. This is my 1st time buying a car and this was the best place in town. They are all very nice and Octavio was our salesman. He was very professional and not pushy. The interest rate is the best in town for sure since we shopped around. These guys are awesome I need a new car and called them to set up a look around. I went in expecting too be refused and rejected, bit to my surprise they got me approve and with a low down payment and they completely worked with me. I just got a new 2017 Toyota Corolla. Ask for Luis Navarro in the Chico office that guys is the best very helpful.

While i did have a specific vehicle in mind, which indeed makes the process more complicated, the problem was when all was said and done, I wasted five days of time and $60 on these people (gas money. Live out of town). I told them EXACTLY what I wanted, what the situation was, etc. I was assured by no less than 5 people that they could do what I wanted.
I am not upset that we couldn't work out a deal. I am pissed because they knowingly wasted my time. I talked to people on the phone, filled out an application online, filled out a second on the phone. Never got a phone call back. Called

Unfortunately my mother in law bought a vehicle from R&R. She got a Volvo from them a little over a year ago. That thing has been nothing but problematic since 2 weeks after we got it home. My mother in law is elderly and disabled, on a fixed income but takes care of several children during the day and needs a safe and reliable vehicle to use - they were told this, and they assured us we were in great hands.
They asked us to make a review after the experience of purchase, as the purchase went well and they were friendly. They did misrepresent that the vehicle had a warranty. They did not disclose

Serpentine fan belt broke on I-5 near Orland, drove to R&R to install new belt. (11/17/2014) Belt was installed, had shop check for possible cause of belt breaking and slipping off. New belt was installed but was told that the water pump and fan clutch were defective, told not to drive P/U. The cost to replace water pump, thermostat and fan clutch was over $750.00. I drove truck around corner and inspected the water pump and fan clutch, could not find problems with either one, I also checked the alignment of fan belt to grooves in crank pulley, tensioner and idler pulley's. I've never left a car lot feeling so great! Victor was my salesperson. He was absolutely phenomenal, very genuine and honest. I actually walked away knowing that I got a great deal, and am so happy with my purchase.
