I broke my tooth the day before my visit so I called in the morning of my appointment so I can get it looked at but instead all they did was cuase me more pain and make me wait an hour before seeing the doctor and kept telling me I need to relax. I could not relax cause I was in pain and no one there cared or wanted to do anything except try to put ne in the books for next week for another cleaning. When I tired to pay they were rude and said they will send me a bill

We came to this office after an awful experience with another office in Salina. The staff hasn't changed all that much in the few years we've been going here, which tells me it's probably a great place to work. Everyone is always very nice and they go out of their way to make your feel comfortable. Helpful and knowledgeable. Not the type of place where they are all wearing headsets so they can crank patients in and out. They take their time and do a great job. On certain days they open at 7am, which is great!
